【摘要】：美國反導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)"薩德"入韓,不僅增加了韓國政局走向的不確定性,更損害到半島局勢及東北亞地區(qū)的安全與穩(wěn)定�；谡芜^程的研究視角,本文梳理了韓國政府、政黨及社會對"薩德"入韓問題的認(rèn)知與立場。前樸槿惠政府基于國家安全的綜合考量,態(tài)度由"戰(zhàn)略模糊"轉(zhuǎn)為"戰(zhàn)略清晰";韓朝野各政黨卻始終意見不一,社會輿論更是嚴(yán)重分裂;新上臺的文在寅政府正在暫緩對"薩德"問題預(yù)置立場。此種多元對立的認(rèn)知與立場,不僅是韓國國內(nèi)各方權(quán)益博弈的外在表現(xiàn),也反映出"薩德"入韓問題的演變脈絡(luò)與復(fù)雜影響,并成為研判"薩德"入韓問題走勢的前提基礎(chǔ)。這從一個側(cè)面折射出"薩德"入韓必將破壞地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略平衡的消極影響。
[Abstract]:The entry of the US anti-missile system THAAD not only increases the uncertainty of the political situation of South Korea, but also damages the situation on the peninsula and the security and stability of Northeast Asia. Based on the perspective of political process, this paper combs the cognition and stand of the Korean government, political parties and society on the issue of THAAD's entry into Korea. The former Park Geun-hye administration changed its attitude from "strategic ambiguity" to "strategic clarity" on the basis of comprehensive considerations of national security. The new Wen Zai administration is suspending its preset position on the THAAD issue. This kind of multi-oppositional cognition and position is not only the external manifestation of the rights and interests game of all parties in South Korea, but also reflects the evolution and complex influence of the "THAAD" entry into Korea, and becomes the premise of studying the trend of the "THAAD" entry into South Korea. This reflects from one side the "sad" entry into South Korea will destroy the regional strategic balance of the negative impact.
