【摘要】：建立國(guó)家榮譽(yù)制度是全面深化改革新時(shí)期增強(qiáng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義國(guó)家認(rèn)同、推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化以及培育弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的時(shí)代訴求,在理論上體現(xiàn)了尊重勞動(dòng)創(chuàng)造、踐行創(chuàng)新發(fā)展新理念的價(jià)值邏輯。推進(jìn)制度供給側(cè)改革,服務(wù)治國(guó)理政新實(shí)踐的制度邏輯以及遵循勞動(dòng)創(chuàng)造價(jià)值理論,確證社會(huì)主義價(jià)值評(píng)判命題的學(xué)理邏輯,在治國(guó)理政實(shí)踐中,集中表現(xiàn)為對(duì)禮治社會(huì)道德教化和資本社會(huì)虛幻法治的揚(yáng)棄和超越,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了從傳統(tǒng)德治走向現(xiàn)代法治、從法律之治回歸德法共治的總體目標(biāo),彰顯了黨和國(guó)家尊重人才、尊重知識(shí)、尊重勞動(dòng)和尊重創(chuàng)造的時(shí)代使命。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the national honor system is the demand of the times for deepening the reform in an all-round way and strengthening the identity of the socialist countries with Chinese characteristics, promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governing ability, and fostering and carrying forward the socialist core values. In theory, it embodies the value logic of respecting labor creation and practicing the new idea of innovation and development. Advancing the system supply-side reform, serving the system logic of the new practice of governing the country, and following the theory of labor creation value, confirming the theoretical logic of the proposition of socialist value evaluation, It focuses on the sublation and transcendence of moral education and the illusory rule of law in the capital society, and finally realizes the overall goal of moving from the traditional rule of virtue to the modern rule of law, from the rule of law to the rule of common rule by virtue and law, and demonstrates the party and state respect for talents. Respect for knowledge, respect for labor and respect for the creation of the mission of the times.
