【摘要】：在當(dāng)今全球化、信息化的時(shí)代里,大眾傳媒與國(guó)家領(lǐng)袖之間的關(guān)系越來越緊密。國(guó)家領(lǐng)袖的媒介形象是該國(guó)政府形象的直接代表,極大地影響了其國(guó)內(nèi)外事務(wù)的支持率和成功率。領(lǐng)袖的媒體素養(yǎng)和運(yùn)用媒體的技巧對(duì)其形象的塑造日益重要,領(lǐng)袖們不僅要會(huì)做事,還要會(huì)說事。在西方大國(guó)政治生活中,日益發(fā)達(dá)健全的大眾傳媒一直為國(guó)家領(lǐng)袖塑造公共形象提供了強(qiáng)大的公共平臺(tái)和技術(shù)支撐,使部分有表演優(yōu)勢(shì)的領(lǐng)袖們獲得了一個(gè)寶貴的形象空間。本文從媒體政治環(huán)境下國(guó)家領(lǐng)袖形象的性質(zhì)、特征及其重要性出發(fā),論證大眾傳媒對(duì)大國(guó)領(lǐng)袖形象建構(gòu)的三大主要功能:“美容師、破壞者和修理工”,進(jìn)而比較分析西方大國(guó)領(lǐng)袖如何運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)媒體與新媒體塑造良好形象來爭(zhēng)取支持贏得選舉、宣傳政策鞏固政權(quán)、增信釋疑推進(jìn)外交,從而論證一個(gè)好的國(guó)家領(lǐng)袖形象所具有的人格魅力和感召力,對(duì)國(guó)民的凝聚力和政策的號(hào)召力起著不可忽視的重要作用。
[Abstract]:In the era of globalization and information, the relationship between mass media and national leaders is getting closer and closer. The media image of the national leader is the direct representative of the government image, which greatly affects the support rate and success rate of its domestic and foreign affairs. Leaders' media literacy and the use of media skills are increasingly important in shaping their image. Leaders must not only know how to do things, but also know how to do things. In the political life of Western powers, the increasingly developed and sound mass media has provided a powerful public platform and technical support for national leaders in shaping public image, and made some leaders with performance advantages obtain a precious image space. Starting from the nature, characteristics and importance of the national leader image in the media political environment, this paper demonstrates the three main functions of mass media in constructing the image of the leader of a great country: "beautician, destroyer and repairman". Then it compares and analyzes how the leaders of Western powers use traditional media and new media to create a good image in order to win elections, propagate policies to consolidate political power, increase trust and dispel doubts, and promote diplomacy. Thus, demonstrating the charisma and charisma of a good national leader image plays an important role in national cohesion and policy appeal.
