【摘要】：近年來在國家以及地方政府的重視和政策引導(dǎo)下,我國醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合體系快速發(fā)展,但同時醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合服務(wù)的供需失衡問題也嚴(yán)重阻礙了其發(fā)展進程。文章基于對上海市醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機構(gòu)的實地調(diào)查和深入訪談,分析上海市醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機構(gòu)的供需結(jié)構(gòu),提出從政策資金扶持、醫(yī)養(yǎng)服務(wù)規(guī)范、醫(yī)護需求評估、長效補償機制以及人才隊伍建設(shè)等方面著手促進我國醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合服務(wù)體系的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the guidance of national and local governments, the system of combination of medical and maintenance has developed rapidly in China, but the imbalance of supply and demand of medical and nursing services has also seriously hindered its development process. Based on the field investigation and in-depth interview, the paper analyzes the supply and demand structure of Shanghai medical and support institutions, and puts forward the following aspects: policy fund support, medical and nursing service standard, and medical needs assessment. The long-term compensation mechanism and the construction of talent team will promote the sustainable development of the medical-maintenance service system in our country.
