【摘要】：公民權利是現(xiàn)代社會正義的最基本要求,因此,作為民眾社會正義客體認知的權利觀念就成為衡量社會正義程度的重要標志。對中國而言,權利這一概念屬于"舶來品"。在傳統(tǒng)社會,民眾更多的是通過"氣""委屈""面子""冤枉"等本土話語體系來表達利益訴求,而且相應的利益維護行為也是基于利益得失的考量而做出的。隨著社會的轉(zhuǎn)型,民眾的權利觀念也應當逐漸從基于利益得失的考量向穩(wěn)定的權利觀念轉(zhuǎn)變。采用多元回歸分析方法對民眾權利觀念狀況影響因素的研究表明,受教育程度越高,就越有可能具有穩(wěn)定的權利觀念;從職業(yè)上看,與農(nóng)民相比,民營部門的工作人員越有可能具有穩(wěn)定的權利觀念。對權利主張相關研究結(jié)論對于增強社會總體的權利觀念和意識具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Civil rights are the most basic requirement of modern social justice, so the concept of rights as the object of social justice has become an important symbol to measure the degree of social justice. With the transformation of society, people's concept of rights should gradually change from the consideration of gains and losses to the stable concept of rights. This paper studies the influencing factors of people's concept of rights by multiple regression analysis. The study shows that the higher the education level, the more likely it is to have a stable concept of rights; from a professional point of view, compared with farmers, the more likely the private sector workers have a stable concept of rights.
