【摘要】：基于大規(guī)模抽樣調(diào)查,分析了廣州封閉社區(qū)社區(qū)環(huán)境及其對社區(qū)依戀的影響機(jī)制。研究認(rèn)為廣州封閉社區(qū)具備較為優(yōu)質(zhì)的物質(zhì)和社會環(huán)境;居民同時對物質(zhì)環(huán)境和社會環(huán)境產(chǎn)生依戀情感;在影響機(jī)制方面,社區(qū)交往直接影響顯著,社區(qū)參與同時產(chǎn)生直接和間接影響,但物質(zhì)環(huán)境作用也不可忽視,客觀建成環(huán)境間接效應(yīng)明顯,通過居民主觀評價影響社區(qū)依戀,而社區(qū)建成環(huán)境主觀評價既可能產(chǎn)生直接作用,也可能通過社區(qū)交往和社區(qū)參與產(chǎn)生間接影響。
[Abstract]:Based on a large-scale sampling survey, this paper analyzes the closed community environment in Guangzhou and its influence mechanism on community attachment. The study shows that the closed community in Guangzhou has superior material and social environment, residents have attachment to both material and social environment at the same time, and in the aspect of influence mechanism, the direct influence of community communication is significant. Community participation has both direct and indirect effects, but the physical environment effect should not be ignored. The indirect effect of the objective built environment is obvious, and the community attachment is affected by the residents' subjective evaluation. The subjective evaluation of community built environment may not only have direct effect, but also can produce indirect influence through community communication and community participation.
