[Abstract]:Positive 1 reality and Challenge: the Old-age Security for the elderly population 1.1 the situation of aging population and aging development in China since the beginning of the 21st century has accelerated the development of population aging during the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015) after China entered the aging society at the beginning of the 21st century. The aging of population, industrialization and urbanization are accompanied by economic and social transformation, the population structure of minority children, the miniaturization of families and the empty nesting, the frailty of home care ability and the shortage of misplacement of social care are intertwined. Especially, the long-term care of the urban disabled elderly population is becoming more and more prominent. In the next 20 years, the aging care of the urban population in China will be in danger.
