【摘要】：以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體,回答"什么是治國理政,怎樣治國理政"這一歷史命題,創(chuàng)新治國理政的新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略,結(jié)合中國發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,秉承中華文化的統(tǒng)籌哲學(xué)傳統(tǒng),吸納治理概念的精髓,創(chuàng)新性地建構(gòu)起了統(tǒng)籌治理思想理論體系,對(duì)治國理政所需的理念—價(jià)值—方法論的觀念創(chuàng)新,目標(biāo)—戰(zhàn)略—手段的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,時(shí)間—空間—人群的客觀條件進(jìn)行整體性統(tǒng)籌,實(shí)現(xiàn)主客觀與現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境的整體統(tǒng)一,指導(dǎo)中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)走向成功、優(yōu)化與良性循環(huán)相協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展大道。
[Abstract]:The leading collective of the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, answers the historical proposition of "what is governing the country and how to manage it," and innovates the new ideas and new strategies of governing the country, in combination with the practical needs of China's development. Adhering to the Chinese cultural tradition of overall planning philosophy and absorbing the essence of the concept of governance, the author creatively constructed a theoretical system of overall planning and governance, and innovated the idea-value-methodology needed for governing the country. The practical application of the goal, strategy and means, the overall coordination of the objective conditions of the time, the space and the crowd, the realization of the unity of the subjective, the objective and the realistic environment, and the guidance of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics towards success, The main road of development that optimizes and coordinates with the virtuous circle.
