【摘要】：英國(guó)脫歐,暴露了歐盟一直試圖掩蓋的問(wèn)題與挑戰(zhàn)。今天的歐盟,正站在一個(gè)十字路口上,所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)要比它成立之初更加艱巨。歐盟不再需要承受繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大的任務(wù),歐盟需要回縮,需要重新制定考核成員國(guó)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在自愿共識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上建立更緊密的合作關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Brexit exposed the problems and challenges the EU has been trying to hide. Today's EU, at a crossroads, faces more challenges than it did when it was founded. The EU no longer has to take on the task of expanding, it needs to scale back, it needs to redefine the criteria for assessing member states, and it needs to build closer partnerships based on a voluntary consensus.
