【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)乏力,復(fù)蘇進(jìn)程艱難曲折,全球地緣政治博弈更趨復(fù)雜激烈,導(dǎo)致"逆全球化"思維日益顯現(xiàn)、"去全球化"聲音日漸高漲,人類(lèi)社會(huì)需要破解全球發(fā)展難題。對(duì)此,中國(guó)新一屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層提出以打造"人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體"來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)全球治理頑疾。構(gòu)建"人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體"既是中國(guó)優(yōu)化外部發(fā)展環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)前提,也為世界各國(guó)指明了全球治理改革的方向。中國(guó)將以"五大發(fā)展理念"為思想指引,從構(gòu)建周邊命運(yùn)共同體起步延展,為最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體的終極目標(biāo)貢獻(xiàn)中國(guó)智慧、中國(guó)力量。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world economic growth is weak, the recovery process is difficult and tortuous, the global geopolitical game is becoming more complicated and intense, which leads to the "anti-globalization" thinking emerging day by day, the voice of "deglobalization" rising day by day, and the human society needs to solve the global development problem. In response, China's new leadership proposed to build a "community of human destiny" to deal with global governance ills. The construction of "Human fate Community" is not only the basic premise for China to optimize the external development environment, but also points out the direction of global governance reform for all countries in the world. Guided by the "five Great Development ideas", China will start and extend from the construction of the neighboring community of destiny, and contribute Chinese wisdom and strength to the ultimate goal of realizing the ultimate goal of the human destiny community.
