【摘要】：習(xí)近平同志提出"環(huán)境就是民生"的基本觀點(diǎn)。這一觀點(diǎn)符合人與自然關(guān)系發(fā)展演化的客觀事實(shí)。人是自然變化發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,與自然之間相互影響、相互作用。"環(huán)境民生"既是一種整體判斷,又包含著諸多分層次理論,具有豐富的哲理性、系統(tǒng)性、法理性和政治性特征;解決"環(huán)境民生"問題需要我們綜合衡量與辯證對(duì)待,從制度、政策、生產(chǎn)力、思想、法治等方面去探求解決之道。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping puts forward the basic view that environment is people's livelihood. This view is in line with the objective facts of the development and evolution of the relationship between man and nature. Man is the product of natural change and development, and interacts with nature. " "Environment and people's livelihood" is not only a kind of overall judgment, but also contains a lot of hierarchical theories, with rich philosophical, systematic, legal and political characteristics, to solve the "environment and people's livelihood" problems need to be comprehensively measured and dialectical treatment, from the system, Policies, productive forces, ideas, the rule of law and other aspects to explore the solution.
