【摘要】："四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局是以習(xí)近平為總書記的黨中央在全面建成小康社會(huì)的決勝階段做出的治國(guó)理政的偉大決策。在發(fā)展和完善中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的歷史進(jìn)程中,一個(gè)重大而現(xiàn)實(shí)的課題就是要闡明"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的重大價(jià)值。實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)離不開"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局提供的堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)和強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力,而"四個(gè)全面"離不開實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的價(jià)值引領(lǐng)和目標(biāo)指向。在當(dāng)代中國(guó),"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局承載著實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的重大使命,體現(xiàn)著實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的理論旨趣,匯聚著實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的強(qiáng)大力量,昭示著實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的必由之路。只有深刻揭示"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的價(jià)值蘊(yùn)涵,才能不斷加深對(duì)中國(guó)道路發(fā)展規(guī)律性的認(rèn)識(shí),從而在理論上實(shí)現(xiàn)馬克思主義中國(guó)化的新飛躍;也才能在實(shí)踐中正確認(rèn)識(shí)和把握當(dāng)代中國(guó)發(fā)展的重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,準(zhǔn)確闡釋中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的新特點(diǎn)與新規(guī)律,自覺把中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義偉大事業(yè)推向前進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The "four all-round" strategic layout is a great decision made by the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its general secretary in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. In the historical process of developing and perfecting socialism with Chinese characteristics, an important and realistic task is to clarify the great value of the "four comprehensive" strategic layout to the realization of Chinese Dream. The realization of Chinese Dream can not be achieved without the solid foundation and powerful power provided by the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, while the "four comprehensive" cannot be achieved without the value guidance and goal direction of realizing Chinese Dream. In contemporary China, the "four comprehensive" strategic layout carries the important mission of realizing Chinese Dream, embodies the theoretical purport of realizing Chinese Dream, converges the powerful force of realizing Chinese Dream, and shows the only way to realize Chinese Dream. Only by deeply revealing the value implication of "four comprehensive" strategic layout to realize Chinese Dream, can we deepen our understanding of the regularity of China's road development and realize the new leap of Marxism in China in theory. Only in practice can we correctly understand and grasp the major practical problems in the development of contemporary China, accurately explain the new characteristics and new laws of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, and consciously push forward the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
