【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村社區(qū)多以政府主導(dǎo)下自上而下的外源式發(fā)展為主,因而往往忽略了社區(qū)內(nèi)在的能力建設(shè)。實際上,社區(qū)能力建設(shè)將對社區(qū)發(fā)展和農(nóng)村居民個人福祉產(chǎn)生一定影響。以皖西南農(nóng)村社區(qū)為例,通過因子分析法和建立有序回歸模型考察農(nóng)村社區(qū)能力構(gòu)成及其與農(nóng)村居民幸福感之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示:現(xiàn)階段皖西南農(nóng)村居民的幸福感總體上處于中等水平。農(nóng)村社區(qū)能力要素主要包括農(nóng)村社區(qū)組織能力、農(nóng)村社區(qū)自治能力、農(nóng)村社區(qū)培育內(nèi)部社會資本和外部社會資本的能力;其中農(nóng)村社區(qū)自治能力對農(nóng)村居民幸福感的正向影響最大,社區(qū)培育內(nèi)部社會資本的能力次之,社區(qū)組織能力的影響最小。因而要大力推進村民自治,培育農(nóng)村社區(qū)社會資本尤其是良好的人際信任、鄰里互助關(guān)系,進一步提高農(nóng)村社區(qū)現(xiàn)有組織的組織管理能力。
[Abstract]:The traditional rural communities are dominated by the top-down development of the government, so they often ignore the inherent capacity building of the community. In fact, community capacity-building will have an impact on community development and the individual well-being of rural residents. Taking rural communities in southwest Anhui Province as an example, the relationship between the composition of rural community capacity and the well-being of rural residents was investigated by factor analysis and the establishment of an orderly regression model. The results show that the well-being of rural residents in southwest Anhui is generally at a moderate level. The main elements of rural community capacity include rural community organization ability, rural community autonomy ability, rural community ability to cultivate internal social capital and external social capital; Among them, the ability of rural community autonomy has the greatest positive impact on the well-being of rural residents, the ability of community to cultivate internal social capital is the second, and the ability of community organization is the least. Therefore, it is necessary to vigorously promote villager autonomy, cultivate social capital of rural communities, especially good interpersonal trust, neighborhood mutual aid relationship, and further improve the organization and management ability of existing organizations in rural communities.
