【摘要】：特朗普政權(quán)將如何改變美國的亞太再平衡戰(zhàn)略,已成為檢驗(yàn)美國大戰(zhàn)略的試金石。從"特朗普現(xiàn)象"來看,美國孤立主義傾向表明美國對霸權(quán)思維方式的變化,但并不意味著美國的"戰(zhàn)略收縮";從"特朗普沖擊"來看,美國對亞太政策的思維范式、戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)先度的考量以及秩序塑造方式等,都有新認(rèn)識(shí)和新變化。這些客觀上決定了特朗普政權(quán)將對美國亞太再平衡戰(zhàn)略予以轉(zhuǎn)變與重塑。總體上看,特朗普政權(quán)的亞太戰(zhàn)略的調(diào)整,不只是一個(gè)簡單的亞太治理方式、方法的變革問題,而是一個(gè)關(guān)乎美國霸權(quán)邏輯和戰(zhàn)略理念轉(zhuǎn)變或轉(zhuǎn)向的問題。
[Abstract]:How the Trump administration will change America's Asia-Pacific rebalancing strategy has become a litmus test of America's grand strategy. Judging from the "Trump phenomenon," the tendency of American isolationism indicates that the United States has changed its thinking mode of hegemony, but it does not mean the "strategic contraction" of the United States, and from the perspective of "Trump shock," the thinking paradigm of the United States toward the Asia-Pacific policy, The consideration of strategic priority and the way of shaping order have new understanding and new changes. This objectively determines that the Trump administration will transform and reshape the US rebalancing strategy in Asia and the Pacific. On the whole, the adjustment of Trump's Asia-Pacific strategy is not only a question of the change of a simple way of governing in Asia and the Pacific, but also a question of changing or turning about the logic of American hegemony and the strategic idea.
