【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)大陸實(shí)力的不斷增強(qiáng),奧巴馬政府處理對(duì)臺(tái)問(wèn)題趨于謹(jǐn)慎,并未明確將臺(tái)灣納入到"亞太再平衡"戰(zhàn)略當(dāng)中。面對(duì)臺(tái)海兩岸圍繞"九二共識(shí)"的爭(zhēng)議,美國(guó)對(duì)于蔡英文公開表述的兩岸政策持基本肯定的態(tài)度,主張兩岸進(jìn)行不附加條件的對(duì)話。在當(dāng)前中美戰(zhàn)略博弈日趨加劇的態(tài)勢(shì)下,特朗普入主白宮給中美關(guān)系帶來(lái)更多的變數(shù)。未來(lái)美國(guó)對(duì)臺(tái)政策將難以突破既有的"一個(gè)中國(guó)"政策框架,但特朗普政府會(huì)視中美關(guān)系和海峽兩岸情勢(shì)提升美臺(tái)關(guān)系,加大對(duì)臺(tái)灣的支持力度,逐步侵蝕"一個(gè)中國(guó)"的政策。
[Abstract]:With China's growing power, the Obama administration has tended to be cautious about Taiwan and has not explicitly included Taiwan in its "Asia-Pacific rebalancing" strategy. In the face of the dispute over the "1992 consensus" between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, the United States holds a basic positive attitude towards Tsai Ing-wen 's openly stated cross-strait policy, and advocates that the two sides of the strait should engage in dialogue without additional conditions. With the growing strategic game between China and the United States, Trump's entry into the White House has brought more variables to Sino-US relations. In the future, the US policy towards Taiwan will be difficult to break through the existing "one China" policy framework, but the Trump administration will enhance US-Taiwan relations and increase its support for Taiwan in the light of Sino-US relations and the cross-strait situation. Gradually erode the "one China" policy.
