論現(xiàn)代國(guó)際關(guān)系理論與國(guó)際法研究的三次聯(lián)結(jié)及其影響 【內(nèi)容提要】自現(xiàn)代國(guó)際關(guān)系理論產(chǎn)生以來(lái)，與國(guó)際法研究的聯(lián)結(jié)已有三次，均對(duì)國(guó)際法理論與實(shí)踐的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生很大影響。一戰(zhàn)后國(guó)際法的繁榮與理想主義對(duì)其的重視緊密相關(guān)。而在冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期現(xiàn)實(shí)主義占據(jù)國(guó)際關(guān)系理論與實(shí)踐的主流的情勢(shì)下，，國(guó)際關(guān)系理論與國(guó)際法研究一度疏遠(yuǎn)，直到20世紀(jì)80年代國(guó)際機(jī)制理論的興起才重新拾起這種聯(lián)結(jié)紐帶，并為國(guó)際法晚近的發(fā)展構(gòu)建了合理性基礎(chǔ)。在全球化迅猛發(fā)展的背景下興起的建構(gòu)主義實(shí)現(xiàn)了兩個(gè)學(xué)科的第三次聯(lián)結(jié)，并對(duì)國(guó)際法的理論與實(shí)踐產(chǎn)生積極影響。 【摘 要 題】理論探討 【英文摘要】 Sine the reatin f dern thery f internatinal relatins, it has nneted ith internatinal la fr 3 ties.
