論現(xiàn)代國際關(guān)系理論與國際法研究的三次聯(lián)結(jié)及其影響 【內(nèi)容提要】自現(xiàn)代國際關(guān)系理論產(chǎn)生以來，與國際法研究的聯(lián)結(jié)已有三次，均對國際法理論與實踐的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生很大影響。一戰(zhàn)后國際法的繁榮與理想主義對其的重視緊密相關(guān)。而在冷戰(zhàn)時期現(xiàn)實主義占據(jù)國際關(guān)系理論與實踐的主流的情勢下，，國際關(guān)系理論與國際法研究一度疏遠(yuǎn)，直到20世紀(jì)80年代國際機制理論的興起才重新拾起這種聯(lián)結(jié)紐帶，并為國際法晚近的發(fā)展構(gòu)建了合理性基礎(chǔ)。在全球化迅猛發(fā)展的背景下興起的建構(gòu)主義實現(xiàn)了兩個學(xué)科的第三次聯(lián)結(jié)，并對國際法的理論與實踐產(chǎn)生積極影響。 【摘 要 題】理論探討 【英文摘要】 Sine the reatin f dern thery f internatinal relatins, it has nneted ith internatinal la fr 3 ties.
