【摘要】：正中共十九大報(bào)告做出"中國特色社會(huì)主義進(jìn)入了新時(shí)代"這一重大政治判斷,指明了中國特色社會(huì)主義新的歷史方位。而這一切成果的取得離不開中國的改革開放。習(xí)近平曾指出:"要把黨的十八大確立的改革開放重大部署落實(shí)好,就要認(rèn)真回顧和深入總結(jié)改革開放的歷程,更加深刻地認(rèn)識(shí)改革開放的歷史必然性,更加自覺地把握改革開放的規(guī)律
