【摘要】：20世紀(jì)70年代以來,歐美等發(fā)達(dá)國家城市化與工業(yè)化快速發(fā)展所帶來的一系列環(huán)境和社會(huì)問題,特別是區(qū)域間發(fā)展不平衡、鄉(xiāng)村衰落等問題受到各國重視,學(xué)術(shù)界提出了內(nèi)生式發(fā)展的應(yīng)對思路。論文對內(nèi)生式發(fā)展的理論內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了闡釋,并通過對主要學(xué)者觀點(diǎn)的分析與歸納,厘清了內(nèi)生式發(fā)展的理論架構(gòu)。同時(shí)在對我國鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及存在問題詳細(xì)分析基礎(chǔ)上,從內(nèi)生自主性組織建設(shè)、社區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)建構(gòu)、村民主體地位與發(fā)展三方面,提出了我國鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)基于內(nèi)生式發(fā)展的營建模式,以期為當(dāng)前的社區(qū)建設(shè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the 1970s, a series of environmental and social problems brought by the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in developed countries such as Europe and America, especially the unbalanced development among regions and the decline of rural areas, have been paid attention to by all countries. Academic circles put forward the thought of endogenous development. This paper explains the theoretical connotation of endogenous development and clarifies the theoretical framework of endogenous development through the analysis and induction of the main scholars' views. At the same time, on the basis of the detailed analysis of the present situation and existing problems of rural community construction in China, from the three aspects of endogenous autonomous organization construction, community industry construction, villager's main position and development, This paper puts forward the construction mode of rural community based on endogenous development in order to provide reference for current community construction.
