【摘要】：在近代以來(lái)各國(guó)主要政治體制的階級(jí)構(gòu)成方面,除了階級(jí)統(tǒng)治本質(zhì)之外,還具有兩個(gè)及兩個(gè)以上階級(jí)或階層分享權(quán)力的特點(diǎn),這些體制可統(tǒng)稱為共享型政治體制,這些體制促進(jìn)了國(guó)家治理。歷史上雖然曾出現(xiàn)過(guò)"混合政體""階級(jí)力量均勢(shì)論""協(xié)商民主"等類似概念,但這些概念都有一定的局限性。而共享型政治體制,則立足于一元多線的唯物史觀,更為本質(zhì)、全面地分析了近代以來(lái)各種政治體制產(chǎn)生的綜合因素,這些綜合因素中,生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平是決定性因素。共享型政治體制普遍存在于時(shí)代交替時(shí)期,其經(jīng)濟(jì)根源是新舊生產(chǎn)力的并存,它為我國(guó)治理能力現(xiàn)代化提供了一個(gè)可供借鑒的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In modern times, in addition to the nature of class rule, the class composition of the main political systems in various countries has the characteristics of sharing power between two or more classes or strata. These systems can be collectively referred to as shared political systems. These institutions promote governance. Although there have been similar concepts such as "mixed government", "class power balance" and "deliberative democracy" in history, these concepts have some limitations. On the other hand, the shared political system, based on the historical materialism of one element and many lines, is more essential, and comprehensively analyzes the comprehensive factors produced by various political systems since modern times, in which the level of productive forces development is the decisive factor. The shared political system generally exists in the period of the alternation of the times, and its economic root is the coexistence of the new and the old productive forces, which provides a reference goal for the modernization of the governance ability of our country.
