【摘要】：隨著老年人口數(shù)量的不斷增長(zhǎng),老年需求消費(fèi)將成為一個(gè)新興的消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),這使養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)需求日益增加。與西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)還處于剛剛起步階段,目前還沒有一種適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的成熟運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,通過對(duì)最優(yōu)模式進(jìn)行SWOT分析,完善對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)化重構(gòu),最終確立混合式多元化養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of the elderly population, the elderly demand consumption will become a new growth point of consumption, which makes the market demand of the old-age real estate industry increasing day by day. Compared with the western developed countries, the pension real estate in our country is still in its infancy, and there is not a mature operation mode of the old-age real estate, which is suitable for the national conditions of our country. Through the SWOT analysis of the optimal model, Perfect the optimization and reconstruction of the operation mode, and finally establish the mixed diversified pension real estate operation model.
