【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體理念受到國(guó)內(nèi)外的廣泛關(guān)注。人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體理念是一種整體意識(shí)、全球思維、人類(lèi)觀念,核心在于和平發(fā)展、合作共贏,本質(zhì)上是構(gòu)建以合作共贏為核心的新型國(guó)際關(guān)系的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),是對(duì)人類(lèi)未來(lái)發(fā)展作出的一項(xiàng)重要頂層設(shè)計(jì);平等、互利、互鑒、共建、可持續(xù)是人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體的基本特征;構(gòu)建人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體是新全球化時(shí)期的時(shí)代要求,推進(jìn)全球治理體制變革的客觀需求,彰顯負(fù)責(zé)任大國(guó)形象的國(guó)家訴求,回答和解決重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的迫切需要。
[Abstract]:Since the eighteen Party of the party, the idea of the human destiny community has been widely concerned at home and abroad. The idea of the human destiny community is a kind of overall consciousness, the global thinking, the human concept, the core lies in the peaceful development and the win-win cooperation. In essence, it is the strategic goal of building a new international relationship with the core of cooperation and win-win cooperation. It is the future development of human beings. An important top-level design, equality, mutual benefit, mutual learning and building together, is the basic feature of the human destiny community; the construction of the human destiny community is the requirement of the new globalization period, the objective demand of promoting the change of the global governance system, the national appeal of the responsible big country, and the answer and solution of the major practical problems. There is an urgent need.
