【摘要】：信息化技術(shù)的發(fā)展一直以來都被認(rèn)為是推動(dòng)社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)步的重要手段，其云計(jì)算技術(shù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、通訊與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)等新型信息化技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)，都給社會(huì)的發(fā)展帶來了更多的應(yīng)用方式和想象空間。但因各種原因，信息化技術(shù)在為老服務(wù)這一特殊領(lǐng)域仍然還不能提供系統(tǒng)化，細(xì)分化的產(chǎn)品。對(duì)老齡化社會(huì)的服務(wù)體系沒有做出應(yīng)有的價(jià)值體現(xiàn)。因此，我們不僅要將為老服務(wù)發(fā)展與現(xiàn)代信息化科技緊密結(jié)合，也要緊密聯(lián)系以服務(wù)供應(yīng)商乃至一切為老服務(wù)的關(guān)系組織及機(jī)構(gòu)，注重規(guī)模效應(yīng)，，以信息化引領(lǐng)為老服務(wù)方式轉(zhuǎn)變，以科技創(chuàng)新及技術(shù)進(jìn)步推動(dòng)為老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，從而改變我國(guó)為老服務(wù)科技落后的面貌。本文以為老服務(wù)中信息化運(yùn)用的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為藍(lán)本,通過收集和查閱大量的資料，在滿足老年人多樣化的需求前提下，揭示我國(guó)老年公民真實(shí)的養(yǎng)老需求。分析了信息化技術(shù)在為老服務(wù)中的現(xiàn)狀以及以信息技術(shù)為依托開展為老服務(wù)工作過程中遇到的種種問題,對(duì)今后為老信息化服務(wù)的主要發(fā)展方向和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了研究，為為老服務(wù)的合理規(guī)劃提供了一種新的思路，提出了構(gòu)建具有中國(guó)特色的廣覆蓋、多層次的為老服務(wù)信息化體系這一方案，幫助老人安享晚年，構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:The development of information technology has been regarded as an important means to promote social development and progress. The emergence of cloud computing technology, Internet of things technology, communication and network technology, big data technology and other new information technology, To the development of society has brought more ways of application and imagination space. However, for various reasons, information technology in the service of the old in this special field still can not provide systematic, fine-differentiated products. The service system of the aging society has not been reflected with due value. Therefore, we should not only closely integrate the development of service for the old with modern information technology, but also closely link the service providers and even all the organizations and institutions that serve the old, and pay attention to the scale effect. The old service mode should be guided by information technology, and the development of the old service industry should be promoted by scientific and technological innovation and technological progress, thus changing the backward outlook of science and technology in our country. Based on the survey data of information application in the service of the elderly, this paper, through collecting and consulting a large number of data, reveals the real old-age needs of senior citizens in China on the premise of satisfying the diverse needs of the elderly. This paper analyzes the present situation of information technology in serving the old and the problems encountered in the process of carrying out the service for the old based on the information technology, and studies the main development direction and content of the service for the old in the future. This paper provides a new way of thinking for the rational planning of the old service, and puts forward the plan of constructing a wide coverage with Chinese characteristics and a multi-level information system of serving the old to help the old people enjoy their old age and build a harmonious socialist society.
