【摘要】：在單位制消失了的地方和領(lǐng)域,原有的單位向其成員提供的服務(wù)功能、保護(hù)功能、調(diào)解功能、疏導(dǎo)功能等,應(yīng)當(dāng)有其他的組織機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)行使,這樣的功能替代物就是社區(qū)和社會(huì)組織。當(dāng)今正在開(kāi)啟社會(huì)體制改革的大幕,要加快培育和發(fā)展社會(huì),促成政府、市場(chǎng)、社會(huì)三元結(jié)構(gòu)形成。
