【摘要】：利用安徽省全部16個(gè)地市的實(shí)地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),研究了醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老模式的支付意愿影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,老年人收入水平越高,對醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老模式的支付意愿越強(qiáng);第二,老年人健康狀況越差,對醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老模式的支付意愿越強(qiáng);第三,較高的受教育程度能夠顯著提升老年人對醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老模式的支付意愿;第四,擁有基本養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)能夠增強(qiáng)老年人對醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合服務(wù)的支付傾向,基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)報(bào)銷比例越高,老年人的支付意愿越強(qiáng);第五,老年人健康狀況越差,對居家醫(yī)養(yǎng)融合養(yǎng)老模式的支付意愿越強(qiáng),而對社區(qū)和機(jī)構(gòu)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老模式的支付意愿沒有顯著影響。因此,為了加快推進(jìn)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老保障的發(fā)展,應(yīng)該構(gòu)建醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老模式的差異化網(wǎng)絡(luò)格局,建立長期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)制度,擴(kuò)大基本養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)的覆蓋范圍,并且提高養(yǎng)老金保障水平和基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)報(bào)銷比例。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation data of all 16 cities in Anhui Province, the factors influencing the willingness to pay in combination of medical care and support for the aged were studied. The study found that: first, the higher the income level of the elderly, the stronger the willingness to pay for the old-age care model; second, the worse the health status of the elderly, the stronger the willingness to pay for the old-age model combined with medical care; third, Higher level of education can significantly improve the elderly's willingness to pay for the combination of medical care and support. Fourth, having basic old-age insurance can enhance the elderly's tendency to pay for the combination of medical and nursing services, and the higher the proportion of reimbursement for basic medical insurance is, the higher the proportion of basic medical insurance reimbursement is. The stronger the willingness to pay is, the worse the health status of the elderly is, the stronger the willingness to pay for the family medical care integration pension model, but no significant impact on the community and institutional health care combined with old-age care mode of payment will. Therefore, in order to speed up the development of the old-age security, we should construct the network pattern of the combination of medical and nursing, establish the long-term care insurance system, and expand the coverage of the basic old-age insurance. And raise the level of pension insurance and basic medical insurance reimbursement ratio.
