【摘要】：全面建成小康社會(huì)無(wú)論在中國(guó)發(fā)展史上,還是在社會(huì)主義發(fā)展史上,都具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和深遠(yuǎn)的歷史意義。黨的十八大以來(lái),全面建成小康社會(huì)取得巨大成就,逐步形成了以實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國(guó)夢(mèng)為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)、以"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局為保障、以創(chuàng)新協(xié)調(diào)綠色開放共享為發(fā)展理念、用以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想為衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的新格局。面對(duì)當(dāng)今世界百年不遇的大變局,中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義進(jìn)入新的發(fā)展階段,我們必須深刻認(rèn)識(shí)并抓住"四個(gè)全面"紅利釋放、綜合國(guó)力不斷提升和城鎮(zhèn)化、精準(zhǔn)扶貧精準(zhǔn)脫貧的新機(jī)遇,著力轉(zhuǎn)方式、補(bǔ)短板,重視解決重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)問題,最大限度地釋放改革紅利,在全面深化改革中推進(jìn)全面小康社會(huì)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Building a well-off society in an all-round way is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance in both the history of China's development and the history of socialism. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, great achievements have been made in building a well-off society in an all-round way, gradually taking the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as the leader and the "four comprehensive" strategic layout as the guarantee. A new pattern, which regards innovation, coordination, green opening and sharing as the development concept and the people-centered development thought as the standard. In the face of the unprecedented changes in the world today, socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage of development. We must profoundly understand and seize the release of the "four comprehensive" dividends, and the overall national strength will be continuously upgraded and urbanized. The new opportunity of precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation should focus on changing the way, making up for the shortcomings, paying attention to solving the key and difficult problems, releasing the reform dividend to the maximum extent, and promoting the construction of a well-to-do society in an all-round way in the process of deepening the reform in an all-round way.
