【摘要】：國際格局是國際政治的一個重要議題,自20世紀(jì)80年代以來,中國國際關(guān)系學(xué)者圍繞國際格局問題進行了頗為深入、系統(tǒng)的分析,并針對多極化、后冷戰(zhàn)時代的國際格局、中國崛起背景下國際格局的發(fā)展方向進行了頗有深度的學(xué)術(shù)爭論。自20世紀(jì)80年代中期以后,中國政府從未公開否定過多極化趨勢的存在性,但對于多極化趨勢的信心也體現(xiàn)出強弱變化,對國際格局變化的動向有著較為敏銳的感覺。中國政府對國際格局的主張在很大程度上影響了學(xué)者對國際格局的認(rèn)識,同時,很多學(xué)者對國際格局進行了開放和獨立的分析、討論。中國學(xué)者在分析國際格局時,常常突出強調(diào)經(jīng)濟因素的重要作用,并有著很長的時間視野,這使他們在很多時候更為強調(diào)國際格局的發(fā)展趨勢,而不是其當(dāng)下的態(tài)勢,由此也形成中國學(xué)者的一些認(rèn)識特色。
[Abstract]:The international pattern is an important topic in international politics. Since the 1980s, Chinese scholars in international relations have carried out a deep and systematic analysis of the international pattern, and aimed at the international pattern in the multipolar and post-Cold War era. Under the background of China's rise, the development direction of international pattern has been deeply debated. Since the mid-1980s, the Chinese government has never openly denied the existence of the multipolarization trend, but the confidence in the multipolarization trend also reflects the change of strength and weakness, and has a keen sense of the trend of the change of the international pattern. To a great extent, the Chinese government's claim to the international pattern has influenced the scholars' understanding of the international pattern. At the same time, many scholars have made an open and independent analysis and discussion on the international pattern. When analyzing the international situation, Chinese scholars often highlight the important role of economic factors and have a long time horizon, which makes them emphasize the development trend of the international pattern more often than the current situation. From this also forms the Chinese scholar some understanding characteristic.
