【摘要】：社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)是社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)實(shí)施的重要環(huán)節(jié),對保證社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的良性發(fā)展具有重要意義。研究社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià),確立完備、科學(xué)、客觀的社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)方法,可以建立企業(yè)在線口碑聲譽(yù),保障提升養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量,輔助老年用戶獲取性價(jià)比高的養(yǎng)老服務(wù),已成為推動養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)健康發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。本文以社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)作為研究對象,提出社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)新模式,設(shè)計(jì)基于該模式的評價(jià)方法,構(gòu)建質(zhì)量評價(jià)模型,研發(fā)社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)系統(tǒng)。本文從需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)與測試幾方面詳細(xì)闡述該系統(tǒng)的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。本文主要從以下幾方面展開研究工作:(1)研究我國社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)方面的需求,明確用戶、服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)管理員三大類系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)角色及其功能需求,闡述核心業(yè)務(wù)工作流程,提出基于AIS-OR(Assessment Indicator System-Online Review)模型的社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)模式。(2)對社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)方法進(jìn)行研究。進(jìn)行AIS-OR數(shù)學(xué)建模,在該模型指導(dǎo)下,分析確定社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)指標(biāo)二級體系,采用層次分析法計(jì)算指標(biāo)權(quán)重,構(gòu)建指標(biāo)評價(jià)數(shù)學(xué)模型;采用文本挖掘技術(shù)和情感分析方法確定在線評論情感與社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,構(gòu)建質(zhì)量情感特征庫,系統(tǒng)采用樸素貝葉斯算法對在線評論進(jìn)行服務(wù)質(zhì)量分類。(3)社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。根據(jù)AIS-OR的社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)模式,對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫、包、類及功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。通過類圖、時(shí)序圖和系統(tǒng)界面詳細(xì)闡述社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)功能的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。(4)社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)系統(tǒng)測試。通過白盒方法和黑盒方法測試系統(tǒng)服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價(jià)實(shí)現(xiàn)所需的各項(xiàng)功能。同時(shí),對系統(tǒng)安全性、兼容性和易操作性等進(jìn)行性能測試。
[Abstract]:The quality evaluation of community pension service is an important link in the implementation of community pension service, and it is of great significance to ensure the healthy development of community pension. By studying the evaluation of community pension service quality and establishing a complete, scientific and objective evaluation method of community old-age service quality, we can establish the reputation of online reputation of enterprises and guarantee the improvement of pension service quality. It has become an important content to promote the healthy development of pension service institutions to assist the elderly users to obtain the high cost-performance pension service. This paper takes the quality evaluation of community pension service as the research object, puts forward a new model of community pension service quality evaluation, designs the evaluation method based on this model, constructs a quality evaluation model, and develops a community pension service quality evaluation system. In this paper, the implementation process of the system is described in detail from the aspects of requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing. This paper mainly carries out the research work from the following aspects: (1) to study the needs of the quality evaluation of the community pension service in our country, and to clarify the three types of system business roles and their functional requirements of users, service organizations and system administrators. This paper expounds the core business workflow and puts forward the evaluation model of community old-age service quality based on AIS-OR (Assessment indicator System-online Review) model. (2) the evaluation method of community old-age service quality is studied. Under the guidance of AIS-OR mathematical model, the two-level system of community pension service quality evaluation index is analyzed and determined. The index weight is calculated by AHP, and the index evaluation mathematical model is constructed. Text mining technique and emotion analysis method are used to determine the relationship between online comment emotion and community pension service quality. The system uses naive Bayes algorithm to classify online reviews. (3) Design and implementation of community pension service quality evaluation system. According to AIS-OR community pension service quality evaluation model, the system structure, database, package, class and function module design. The realization of the function of community pension service quality evaluation is described in detail by class diagram, timing diagram and system interface. (4) the system test of community pension service quality evaluation. Through the white box method and the black box method test system quality of service evaluation to achieve the required functions. At the same time, the system security, compatibility and easy to operate and other performance tests.
