【摘要】：本文嘗試探討中產過渡階層的社會心態(tài)及其社會根源,認為這一階層群體的社會心態(tài)處于一種不確定的矛盾狀態(tài)。中產過渡階層的矛盾心態(tài)表現(xiàn)為獲得感和無力感并存、權威意識和權利意識并存、保守行動和激進行動并存。中產過渡階層的社會心態(tài)也具有明顯的區(qū)域化特征,超大城市的中產過渡階層心態(tài)最為矛盾復雜。本文強調,職業(yè)發(fā)展機會受阻和消費主義價值觀是導致矛盾心態(tài)的主要原因。因此,對策上應提供更多的職業(yè)發(fā)展機會和優(yōu)秀的公共文化資源,進一步破除束縛職業(yè)發(fā)展的戶籍、勞動力等體制障礙以及落后的、保守的價值觀念,從而推動中產社會的平穩(wěn)形成。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to probe into the social mentality and its social origin of the middle class transition class, and thinks that the social mentality of the middle class group is in an uncertain and contradictory state. The contradictory mentality of the middle-class transitional class is that the sense of acquisition and the sense of powerlessness coexist, the consciousness of authority and the consciousness of right coexist, and the conservative action and radical action coexist. The social psychology of middle-class transition class also has obvious regionalization characteristic, the middle-class transition class mentality of megacities is most contradictory and complex. This paper emphasizes that career development opportunities are blocked and consumerism values are the main causes of ambivalence. Therefore, the countermeasures should provide more opportunities for career development and excellent public cultural resources, and further break down institutional barriers such as household registration, labor force and backward and conservative values that constrain career development. So as to promote the formation of a stable middle-class society.
