【摘要】：以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央團(tuán)結(jié)帶領(lǐng)全黨全國各族人民,科學(xué)探索和回答了新的歷史條件下事關(guān)堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義的五個重大問題,提出了一系列具有全局性、戰(zhàn)略性、前瞻性的重大判斷、重大舉措:進(jìn)一步鞏固馬克思主義的指導(dǎo)地位,須在與時俱進(jìn)中掌握運(yùn)用馬克思主義的立場觀點(diǎn)方法;進(jìn)一步鞏固科學(xué)社會主義的定向地位,須推動科學(xué)社會主義理論邏輯的歷時性遞進(jìn),不斷增強(qiáng)"四個自信";進(jìn)一步鞏固國家治理現(xiàn)代化的制度保障地位,須完整把握新的歷史進(jìn)程中國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵、目標(biāo)指向、價值取向;進(jìn)一步鞏固中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心地位,須推動全面從嚴(yán)治黨向縱深發(fā)展;進(jìn)一步鞏固科學(xué)發(fā)展的決定性地位,須準(zhǔn)確判斷世情國情黨情新的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,堅(jiān)持以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想,牢固樹立和自覺踐行新發(fā)展理念。
[Abstract]:The Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, United and led the people of all ethnic groups throughout the Party, scientifically explored and answered five major questions concerning the adherence to and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the new historical conditions, and put forward a series of issues of general importance. Strategic and forward-looking major judgments and major measures: to further consolidate the guiding position of Marxism, it is necessary to master the method of applying Marxist stand and viewpoint in keeping pace with the times, and to further consolidate the targeted position of scientific socialism. It is necessary to promote the diachronic progression of the theoretical logic of scientific socialism, to continuously strengthen the "four self-confidence", and to further consolidate the position of institutional security in the modernization of national governance. It is necessary to grasp the scientific connotation, goal and value orientation of the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability in the new historical process, further consolidate the core position of the Communist Party of China, and promote the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party to the depth of development. To further consolidate the decisive position of scientific development, it is necessary to accurately judge the new development situation of the national conditions of the world, adhere to the people-centered development thought, firmly establish and consciously practice the new development concept.
