【摘要】：文章基于"中國(guó)健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)中國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)老年人口基本需求型消費(fèi)作了實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),城鎮(zhèn)與農(nóng)村老年人口消費(fèi)構(gòu)成分布相似,綜合考慮個(gè)體特征、家庭支持與社會(huì)保障三類(lèi)因素的模型中,個(gè)體特征中的收入、年齡、教育等因素對(duì)老年人口基本需求型消費(fèi)影響十分顯著,尤其是教育對(duì)老年人口基本需求型消費(fèi)具有積極的促進(jìn)作用;家庭支持與社會(huì)保障因素對(duì)老年人口基本需求型消費(fèi)的影響更值得關(guān)注。研究認(rèn)為,提高城鄉(xiāng)老年人口基本需求型消費(fèi)尤其應(yīng)當(dāng)在統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)的背景下,從擴(kuò)大老年人基本保障入手,而提高老年人口收入水平是擴(kuò)大老年人基本需求型消費(fèi)的有效途徑。除此之外,可以試從增加老年教育投入的角度出發(fā),關(guān)注老年人對(duì)自身健康的投資消費(fèi),實(shí)現(xiàn)健康老齡化。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China Health and Old-age Care Survey, this paper makes an empirical study on the basic needs consumption of Chinese urban and rural elderly population. The results show that the distribution of the consumption composition of the elderly population in urban and rural areas is similar, and the income and age in the individual characteristics are considered in the model which considers three factors: individual characteristics, family support and social security. Factors such as education have a significant impact on the basic needs consumption of the elderly population, especially education has a positive role in promoting the basic needs consumption of the elderly population. The influence of family support and social security on the basic needs consumption of the elderly population deserves more attention. It is believed that to improve the basic needs consumption of the elderly population in urban and rural areas, especially in the context of urban and rural planning, should start with the expansion of the basic security of the elderly, and raising the income level of the elderly population is an effective way to expand the basic needs consumption of the elderly. In addition, we can try to increase the elderly education investment point of view, pay attention to their own health investment and consumption, to achieve healthy aging.
