【摘要】：進入21世紀之后,隨著信息技術的發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網深刻改變了我們的傳統(tǒng)思維觀念、溝通方式以及生產生活方式,進而形成豐富多彩的網絡文化。網絡文化是隨著互聯(lián)網、電視、手機等技術發(fā)展而衍生出的一種新型文化。它是以網絡信息技術為基礎,在網絡空間形成的文化活動、文化方式、文化產品、文化觀念的集合。網絡文化一方面擴大了人們獲取信息、知識的渠道,豐富了人們的網絡生活和文化生活;然而另一方面,也必須看到當前網絡文化中魚龍混雜、良莠不齊的文化現(xiàn)象大量存在,并迅速傳播,不僅干擾了正能量的輿論宣傳,甚至也誤導了人們的認識,對正在成長中的青少年影響尤為明顯,造成社會價值觀念的混亂。快速發(fā)展的網絡文化對我國社會主義文化的健康發(fā)展和社會主義精神文明建設帶來新的機遇的同時,也形成了新的挑戰(zhàn),這就提出了必須要對網絡文化規(guī)范進行建設的時代新課題。建設網絡文化,首先需要解決價值導向問題。只有在正確的價值導向下,才可能建設出既健康又和諧,既奮發(fā)向上又文明的網絡文化。社會主義核心價值觀是我國社會主義文化的核心和精髓,不僅引領著社會主義文化前進的方向,也是當前我國社會主義建設的重要指針。作為社會主義文化建設重要組成部分的網絡文化建設,無疑也應始終貫徹社會主義核心價值觀,發(fā)揮社會主義核心價值觀的導向和引領作用�；诖�,本文以網絡文化為問題閾,探討我國網絡文化建設的價值導向問題,以期能對當前網絡文化問病把脈,對網絡文化建設提出對策建議。本文分為五部分,第一部分介紹寫作論文的背景、目的、意義、研究方法、創(chuàng)新點等內容;第二部分論述了網絡文化含義、特征和現(xiàn)狀,為后文中對網絡文化亂象的分析進行理論和實踐素材鋪墊;第三部分首先闡述了價值觀的含義,提出價值觀也需要主流價值觀導向的觀點。其次基于主流價值觀的視角,對當前網絡文化中的文化與價值觀亂象進行了分析和論述,為其后用社會主義核心價值引導網絡文化建設的核心論述做準備;第四部分論述了用社會主義核心價值觀引導網絡文化建設的相關問題,首先論述了核心價值觀的內涵,然后分析了核心價值觀對網絡文化建設的引導作用,最后提出了用社會主義核心價值觀引導網絡文化建設的對策;第五部分是結束語,對本論文進行全面的總結。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, with the development of information technology, the Internet has profoundly changed our traditional thinking, communication and production and life style, and then formed a rich and colorful network culture. Network culture is a new type of culture derived from the development of Internet, TV, mobile phone and so on. It is a collection of cultural activities, cultural methods, cultural products and cultural concepts based on network information technology and formed in cyberspace. On the one hand, the network culture has expanded the channels of people's access to information and knowledge, enriched people's network life and cultural life. On the other hand, it is also necessary to see a large number of cultural phenomena of mixed and mixed good and bad in the current network culture. And the rapid spread not only interferes with the positive energy of public opinion propaganda, but also misleads people's understanding, especially to the growing young people, resulting in confusion of social values. The rapid development of network culture has brought new opportunities and challenges to the healthy development of socialist culture and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. This has put forward the new subject of the times that must carry on the construction to the network culture norm. To construct network culture, we must solve the problem of value orientation. Only under the correct guidance of value, can we build a network culture that is healthy, harmonious, progressive and civilized. The core values of socialism is the core and essence of socialist culture in our country. It not only leads the direction of socialist culture, but also is an important guide to the construction of socialism in our country. As an important part of the construction of socialist culture, the construction of network culture undoubtedly should always carry out the socialist core values and give play to the guiding and leading role of the socialist core values. Based on this, this paper takes the network culture as the threshold, discusses the value orientation of the construction of the network culture in China, in order to ask the current network culture to examine the pulse, and to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the network culture. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background, purpose, significance, research methods, innovation and so on. The second part discusses the meaning, characteristics and current situation of network culture. The third part expounds the meaning of the values, and points out that the values also need the mainstream value orientation. Secondly, based on the view of mainstream values, this paper analyzes and discusses the chaos of culture and values in the current network culture, and prepares for the core discussion of guiding the construction of network culture with socialist core values. The fourth part discusses the related problems of guiding the construction of network culture with the socialist core values, first discusses the connotation of the core values, and then analyzes the guiding role of the core values on the construction of network culture. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures to guide the construction of network culture with socialist core values. The fifth part is the conclusion, which summarizes the thesis comprehensively.
