【摘要】：一般意義上,政黨居于權(quán)力之家,但中國共產(chǎn)黨更居于民族復(fù)興與人民幸福之家。政黨治理與國家治理、人民幸福是密切相關(guān)的。我們只有在政黨治理與國家治理的關(guān)聯(lián)中透視十八屆六中全會,才能真正理解此次全會的世界意義、國家意義與政黨意義。十八屆六中全會在全球范圍內(nèi)政黨危機和政黨衰敗的背景下,提出了政黨治理的制度標桿與中國方案,確立了政黨治理與國家治理有機統(tǒng)一的路徑,明確了執(zhí)政黨之政治基礎(chǔ)與社會基礎(chǔ)不可偏廢的治理理念。可以預(yù)見,這次全會不僅是中國共產(chǎn)黨全面從嚴治黨的里程碑,更是向世界宣告了政黨治理的中國方案。
[Abstract]:In general, political parties live in the family of power, but the Communist Party of China lives in the house of national rejuvenation and people's happiness. Party governance and national governance, people's happiness is closely related. Only when we see through the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in the relationship between political party governance and state governance, can we really understand the world significance, national significance and political party significance of this plenary session. The sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, against the background of the global political party crisis and the decline of political parties, put forward the system benchmark of party governance and the Chinese scheme, and established the path of organic unity between party governance and state governance. Clear the ruling party's political basis and social basis can not be biased governance concept. It can be predicted that this plenary session is not only a milestone for the Communist Party of China to administer the party in an all-round way, but also a Chinese plan for party governance to the world.
