【摘要】：自2001年美國(guó)發(fā)生9·11恐怖襲擊事件以來,我國(guó)飽受藏獨(dú)勢(shì)力、新疆分裂勢(shì)力以及宗教極端主義的困擾,由此,恐怖主義的相關(guān)研究也逐步受到國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者的重視。大眾傳媒出于滿足受眾知情權(quán)和履行自身的環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)功能,對(duì)恐怖主義進(jìn)行報(bào)道也是必然,那么問題也隨之產(chǎn)生。部分媒體和新聞從業(yè)者對(duì)恐怖事件的報(bào)道在不同程度上存在助長(zhǎng)恐怖主義囂張氣焰、加劇社會(huì)恐慌或阻礙政府反恐行動(dòng)順利開展等問題。國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者的研究大多著眼于恐怖主義誕生較早、恐怖活動(dòng)多發(fā)的國(guó)外恐怖事件,完全立足于我國(guó)本土的反恐報(bào)道研究寥寥無幾。由于國(guó)內(nèi)外政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境等各方面存在很大的差異,國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)于國(guó)外恐怖主義的研究不能完全適用我國(guó)的國(guó)情。因此,對(duì)近些年媒體反恐報(bào)道中表現(xiàn)出的負(fù)面因素進(jìn)行研究具有迫切的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本篇論文分為五大部分,第一章緒論交代了本篇論文的研究背景、相關(guān)論題的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、反恐報(bào)道的研究?jī)r(jià)值以及理論依據(jù)和研究方法。從第二章開始后面四章屬于本篇論文的主體部分,在第二章中,筆者結(jié)合具體實(shí)例,分析得出媒體在反恐報(bào)道中暴露出的問題,分為對(duì)恐怖事件細(xì)節(jié)的過度描述和恐怖事件報(bào)道用語不規(guī)范兩小節(jié),并進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述。第三章——反恐報(bào)道中媒介負(fù)面因素的危害主要有四種:加劇社會(huì)恐慌,產(chǎn)生擴(kuò)散效應(yīng);增加政府反恐行動(dòng)中的困難;激發(fā)潛在的不法分子和青少年效仿;不利于民族團(tuán)結(jié)和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。在第四章中,筆者分別從內(nèi)因(媒體方面)和外因(恐怖主義)兩方面探討了媒體在恐怖事件報(bào)道中暴露出問題的原因,通過對(duì)反恐報(bào)道中媒介負(fù)面因素表現(xiàn)的原因進(jìn)行透徹分析,為第五章——消除媒介在反恐報(bào)道中負(fù)面影響的對(duì)策奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)�；诘谒恼碌姆治�,筆者在第五章中從媒介自律和政府干預(yù)兩方面著手提出了具有實(shí)踐意義的建議。綜上所述,筆者從媒介批評(píng)的角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用文本分析法、案例研究法、文獻(xiàn)綜述法等研究方法對(duì)大眾傳媒的反恐報(bào)道中暴露出的問題進(jìn)行了深入探究,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外影響較大、媒介負(fù)面因素表現(xiàn)突出的實(shí)例,對(duì)反恐報(bào)道中媒介負(fù)面因素的危害以及原因進(jìn)行了綜合探討。論文的最后,筆者結(jié)合各國(guó)的反恐實(shí)際,針對(duì)部分媒體反恐事件報(bào)道中表現(xiàn)出來的負(fù)面因素提出了具備操作性的建議,如由新聞協(xié)會(huì)制定自律性規(guī)章、媒體內(nèi)部建立多級(jí)把關(guān)機(jī)制、統(tǒng)一信息發(fā)布渠道、規(guī)范反恐新聞?dòng)谜Z和出臺(tái)媒體反恐報(bào)道準(zhǔn)則。
[Abstract]:Since the 9 / 11 terrorist attacks in the United States in 2001, China has been plagued by Tibetan independence forces, Xinjiang separatist forces and religious extremism. As a result, the research on terrorism has been paid more and more attention by domestic scholars. In order to satisfy the audience's right to know and perform its own environmental monitoring function, it is inevitable for the mass media to report on terrorism. To some extent, some media and news practitioners report terrorist incidents, which contribute to the arrogance of terrorism, aggravate social panic or hinder the smooth development of government action against terrorism. Domestic scholars mostly focus on the early birth of terrorism, terrorist activities of foreign terrorist incidents, based entirely on our native anti-terrorism reports are very few. Due to the great differences between domestic and foreign political environment, economic environment, social environment and so on, the domestic scholars' research on foreign terrorism can not be fully applicable to the situation of our country. Therefore, it is of urgent theoretical and practical significance to study the negative factors in media anti-terrorism reports in recent years. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduces the research background of this paper, the domestic and foreign research status of related topics, the research value, theoretical basis and research methods of anti-terrorism reports. From the second chapter, the last four chapters belong to the main part of this thesis. In the second chapter, the author analyzes the problems exposed by the media in the anti-terrorism report. It is divided into two sections: the over-description of the details of terrorist events and the non-standard reporting terms of terrorist incidents. Chapter III-the harm of negative media factors in anti-terrorism report mainly includes four kinds: aggravating social panic, producing diffusive effect, increasing the difficulty in government action against terrorism, stimulating potential lawbreakers and young people to follow suit; It is not conducive to national unity and social stability. In the fourth chapter, the author discusses the reasons why the media exposed the problems in the reporting of terrorist incidents from the two aspects of internal (media) and external (terrorism). Through the thorough analysis of the causes of the negative factors in the anti-terrorism report, it lays a theoretical foundation for the fifth chapter, the countermeasures to eliminate the negative influence of the media in the anti-terrorism report. Based on the analysis of the fourth chapter, the author puts forward some practical suggestions from the aspects of media self-discipline and government intervention in the fifth chapter. To sum up, from the perspective of media criticism, the author uses text analysis, case study, literature review and other research methods to explore the problems exposed in mass media counter-terrorism reports. Combined with the examples of great influence at home and abroad and outstanding negative media factors, the harm and causes of negative media factors in anti-terrorism reports are comprehensively discussed. At the end of the paper, the author puts forward some operable suggestions on the negative factors in some media anti-terrorist reports, such as the establishment of self-regulation regulations by the Press Association. The media should establish multi-level gateways, unify information distribution channels, standardize anti-terrorist news terms and issue media anti-terrorist reporting guidelines.
