【摘要】：當(dāng)代社會(huì),隨著工業(yè)化和城市化的進(jìn)程不斷加快,整個(gè)社會(huì)開始從傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)向現(xiàn)代社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)變,這一切都對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)的家庭結(jié)構(gòu)和婚姻觀念等方面產(chǎn)生了深刻的變化和影響。根據(jù)中國(guó)國(guó)家民政局社會(huì)服務(wù)發(fā)展統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)顯示,當(dāng)前中國(guó)的離婚率有明顯上升趨勢(shì),夫妻離婚數(shù)量明顯增加。我們知道婚姻是男女雙方依據(jù)相關(guān)法律程序的相關(guān)規(guī)定,雙方二人彼此結(jié)為夫妻的一種社會(huì)制度,但是隨著現(xiàn)代生活社會(huì)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng),維持婚姻的穩(wěn)定性因素也逐漸面臨著多種挑戰(zhàn),開始經(jīng)受著來自社會(huì),個(gè)人等方方面面的巨大沖擊,這個(gè)時(shí)候夫妻二人如果不能很好的應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn),也無法很好的調(diào)適,那么由此誘發(fā)的因溝通問題而產(chǎn)生婚姻危機(jī)的夫妻雙方和家庭沖突就會(huì)接踵而來,這一切不僅影響家庭的穩(wěn)定,夫妻二人的融洽關(guān)系,還對(duì)子女的身心健康教育也造成嚴(yán)重影響,也會(huì)嚴(yán)重的影響社會(huì)正常秩序的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。因此為了維護(hù)婚姻的穩(wěn)定性,為了給子女一個(gè)良好的成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境,也為了減少夫妻離婚的數(shù)量,因此對(duì)處在婚姻危中機(jī)的夫妻雙方的社會(huì)工作介入就顯得非常有必要。本文主要針對(duì)處在婚姻關(guān)系中的夫妻二人因?yàn)闇贤▎栴}而產(chǎn)生婚姻危機(jī)問題進(jìn)行介入,采用專業(yè)的社會(huì)工作方法對(duì)處于婚姻危機(jī)中的夫妻進(jìn)行幫助,從而挽救婚姻,維護(hù)婚姻的穩(wěn)定�；橐鲫P(guān)系中的溝通在婚姻關(guān)系中扮演著非常重要的角色,婚姻溝通是影響婚姻質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重要因素,有關(guān)研究表明,積極的溝通方式能促進(jìn)夫妻情感,而消極的溝通方式則破壞夫妻情感。本文主要針對(duì)夫妻間的四種溝通模式做了介紹,這四種溝通模式分別是建設(shè)型溝通模式、要求-退縮型溝通模式、相互責(zé)備型溝通模式、相互怨懟型溝通模式。分別從婚姻危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的本質(zhì)以及婚姻危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的原因和婚姻危機(jī)的表現(xiàn)形式等方面做了研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合自己實(shí)習(xí)的具體情況和專業(yè)背景知識(shí)選取了兩組處在婚姻危機(jī)中的夫妻,針對(duì)他們的婚姻問題進(jìn)行介入。在此過程中對(duì)采用社會(huì)工作的專業(yè)方法進(jìn)行資料的收集和關(guān)系的建立,并對(duì)案主的問題和需要進(jìn)行評(píng)估,根據(jù)案主的問題和需要結(jié)合實(shí)際情況制定服務(wù)計(jì)劃,開展小組活動(dòng),對(duì)整個(gè)服務(wù)過程和服務(wù)效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估。最后對(duì)介入的效果進(jìn)行深入思考和分析,從中總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)因溝通問題而產(chǎn)生婚姻危機(jī)的夫妻人群提供一定的幫助和建議。本研究著重從社會(huì)工作介入夫妻因溝通問題而導(dǎo)致離婚的實(shí)物出發(fā)通過對(duì)處在因溝通問題而產(chǎn)生婚姻危機(jī)的夫妻雙方提供科學(xué)化、人性化和專業(yè)化的救助,幫助她們理性對(duì)待婚姻,學(xué)會(huì)合理且積極的應(yīng)對(duì)因溝通問題而產(chǎn)生婚姻危機(jī)的夫妻雙方的處理方式,恢復(fù)夫妻情感和社會(huì)功能,維護(hù)家庭的和諧穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:In contemporary society, with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the whole society began to change from traditional society to modern society, all of which had a profound change and influence on the family structure and the concept of marriage in contemporary China. The divorce rate in China is on the rise and the number of divorces has increased, according to the statistics report on the development of social services by the State Administration of Civil Affairs. We know that marriage is a social system in which both men and women are married to each other in accordance with the relevant legal procedures, but with the fierce competition in modern life society, The factors that maintain the stability of marriage are gradually facing a variety of challenges, and they are beginning to suffer tremendous shocks from society, individuals, and other facets. At this time, if the husband and wife cannot cope with the challenges well, they will not be able to adjust well. Then the resulting marital crisis caused by communication problems between the husband and the wife and the family conflict will ensue. All this will not only affect the stability of the family, but also the rapport between the two couples. It also has a serious impact on children's physical and mental health education, and will seriously affect the operation of normal social order. Therefore, in order to maintain the stability of marriage, to give children a good growth environment, but also to reduce the number of couples divorced, it is very necessary to intervene in the social work of both husband and wife who are in danger of marriage. This article mainly aims at the marriage crisis caused by the communication between the two couples in the marriage relationship, and uses the professional social work method to help the husband and wife in the marriage crisis, so as to save the marriage. Maintain the stability of marriage. Communication in marriage plays a very important role in marriage. Marriage communication is an important factor affecting the quality of marriage. Negative ways of communication destroy the couple's emotions. This paper mainly introduces the four communication modes between husband and wife, which are constructive communication mode, demand-retreat communication mode, mutual reproachful communication mode and mutual resentful communication mode. From the aspects of the nature of marriage crisis, the causes of marriage crisis and the manifestation of marriage crisis, On the basis of this, two groups of couples in marriage crisis are selected according to their specific situation of practice and professional background knowledge to intervene in their marriage problems. In this process, the collection of information and the establishment of relationships using professional methods of social work, as well as the assessment of the problems and needs of the victims, the development of service plans and the implementation of group activities based on the problems and needs of the victims, Evaluate the whole service process and service effect. Finally, the effects of intervention are deeply considered and analyzed, and the experience is summarized to provide some help and advice for couples who have marital crisis due to communication problems. This study focuses on the social work involved in couples because of communication problems resulting in divorce through providing scientific, humane and professional relief to couples who are in marital crisis due to communication problems. Help them to deal with marriage rationally, learn how to deal with the marital crisis caused by communication problems, restore the emotional and social functions of the husband and wife, and maintain the harmony and stability of the family.
