【摘要】：黨的十八大提出:倡導(dǎo)富強(qiáng)、民主、文明、和諧,倡導(dǎo)自由、平等、公正、法治,倡導(dǎo)愛國、敬業(yè)、誠信、友善,積極培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀。黨中央用三個倡導(dǎo)提出培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀,這既為我國社會主義核心價值觀的研究提供了方向,也指明了中國特色社會主義發(fā)展的方向。新時期,我國社會主義核心價值觀的培育和踐行既面臨著諸多有利因素,同時也面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn),因此,如何使黨中央倡導(dǎo)的社會主義核心價值觀落地生根,從而為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢提供源源不斷的精神支撐與動力支持則成了學(xué)界不斷研究和探討的課題。本文站在我國價值觀建設(shè)的立場出發(fā),運(yùn)用比較的方法對澳大利亞價值觀教育的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、路徑、特色等進(jìn)行研究,旨在為我國的價值觀建設(shè)提供一定的借鑒和參考。本研究共分為五部分:第一部分,澳大利亞價值觀教育嬗變。通過對澳大利亞價值觀教育發(fā)展脈絡(luò)的梳理,分析當(dāng)今澳大利亞價值觀教育產(chǎn)生的歷史背景和時代意義,為下文論述澳大利亞價值觀教育的目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容、路徑、特色等作出鋪墊。第二部分,澳大利亞價值觀教育的目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容。目標(biāo)的制定為價值觀教育活動的開展指明了方向,而內(nèi)容則是目標(biāo)的具體化。通過對澳大利亞價值觀教育目標(biāo)與內(nèi)容的論述,有利于從宏觀上正確認(rèn)識和科學(xué)把握澳大利亞價值觀教育的發(fā)展趨勢。第三部分,澳大利亞價值觀教育的路徑。澳大利亞在價值觀教育方面充分發(fā)揮家庭、學(xué)校、社區(qū)、社會對價值觀教育的各自功能與合力作用,形成了全覆蓋的價值觀教育格局。第四部分,澳大利亞價值觀教育的特點(diǎn)。通過論述澳大利亞價值觀教育的獨(dú)特之處,即分權(quán)教育下的統(tǒng)一引導(dǎo)、價值觀教育的實(shí)踐作用、媒介素養(yǎng)手段的充分運(yùn)用、價值觀教育民主計劃的有效實(shí)施,以進(jìn)一步了解澳大利亞價值觀教育。第五部分,澳大利亞價值觀教育的可借鑒性與不足之處。在前文梳理基礎(chǔ)之上,對澳大利亞價值觀教育進(jìn)行總體性評價,為我們培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀以及增強(qiáng)跨文化交流能力提供一個全新的視角。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward: advocating prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony, advocating freedom, equality, justice, rule of law, advocating patriotism, devotion, honesty, friendliness, actively cultivating and practicing socialist core values. The CPC Central Committee has put forward the cultivation and practice of socialist core values with three advocates, which not only provides a direction for the study of socialist core values in China, but also points out the direction of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the new era, the cultivation and practice of socialist core values in our country are faced with many favorable factors and challenges. Therefore, how to make the socialist core values advocated by the CPC Central Committee take root. Therefore, it has become a research topic for the academic circles to provide continuous spiritual support and dynamic support for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. From the standpoint of the construction of values in China, this paper makes a comparative study of the development, objectives, contents, paths, characteristics and so on of the value education in Australia. The purpose is to provide certain reference and reference for our country's values construction. This study is divided into five parts: the first part, the evolution of Australian values education. Through combing the development of Australian value education, this paper analyzes the historical background and time significance of Australian value education, and discusses the goal, content and path of Australian value education. Make a paver of features, etc. The second part, the aim and content of Australian value education. The formulation of goal indicates the direction for the development of value education, and the content is the embodiment of the goal. Through the discussion of the aim and content of Australian value education, it is helpful to understand and scientifically grasp the development trend of Australian value education from the macro perspective. The third part is the path of Australian value education. In the aspect of value education, Australia gives full play to the respective functions and joint forces of family, school, community and society to value education, and forms a pattern of all-inclusive value education. The fourth part, the characteristic of Australian value education. Through discussing the unique features of Australian value education, that is, the unified guidance under decentralized education, the practical role of value education, the full use of media literacy means, and the effective implementation of the democratic plan of value education, To learn more about Australian values education. The fifth part, Australian values education can be used for reference and deficiencies. On the basis of combing above, the author evaluates Australian value education in an overall way, which provides a new perspective for us to cultivate and practice the socialist core values and to enhance the ability of cross-cultural communication.
