【摘要】：近年來,俄白關(guān)系發(fā)展備受矚目。2013年烏克蘭危機(jī)發(fā)生后,俄羅斯在軍事、傳媒、經(jīng)濟(jì)方面調(diào)整了對(duì)白政策,而白俄羅斯也力圖擺脫烏克蘭危機(jī)對(duì)本國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來的沖擊,樹立獨(dú)立的國(guó)際形象,實(shí)施多樣化的"平衡外交"政策。白俄羅斯拒絕了俄羅斯在其國(guó)內(nèi)建立空軍基地的提議;采取了多樣化的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,推動(dòng)出口多元化,加強(qiáng)與中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系;在外交領(lǐng)域,對(duì)烏克蘭危機(jī)力圖采取協(xié)調(diào)及中立立場(chǎng)。白俄羅斯"平衡外交"的嘗試將繼續(xù)實(shí)施,但由于俄白兩國(guó)深厚的政治、軍事、經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系,兩國(guó)將在一體化進(jìn)程方面繼續(xù)推進(jìn),俄白雙邊關(guān)系會(huì)繼續(xù)在"適度接近"與"有限疏遠(yuǎn)"之間波動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of Russian-Belarusian relations has attracted much attention. After the crisis in Ukraine in 2013, Russia adjusted its dialogue policy in military, media and economic aspects, while Belarus also tried to extricate itself from the impact of the crisis in Ukraine on its economic development. Establish an independent international image and implement a diversified "balanced foreign policy". Belarus rejected Russia's proposal to establish an air force base in its country; adopted a diversified economic policy to diversify exports and strengthen economic ties with China; and in the diplomatic field, He tried to take a coordinated and neutral stance on the crisis in Ukraine. Belarus's attempt to "balance diplomacy" will continue, but because of the deep political, military and economic ties between Russia and Belarus, the two countries will continue to advance in the process of integration. Bilateral relations between Russia and Belarus will continue to fluctuate between "moderate proximity" and "limited alienation".
