【摘要】：目的了解不同年齡段老年人居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求差異,并對(duì)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)提出發(fā)展對(duì)策。方法采用問(wèn)卷對(duì)河北省60歲及以上5 378人(男性2 486人,女性2 892人)的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果 60~69歲老年男性對(duì)"運(yùn)動(dòng)健身、棋牌活動(dòng)、書(shū)法繪畫(huà)"需求最高,女性對(duì)"運(yùn)動(dòng)健身、唱歌跳舞、棋牌活動(dòng)"需求最高;70~79歲老年男性對(duì)"棋牌活動(dòng)、運(yùn)動(dòng)健身、書(shū)法繪畫(huà)"需求最高,女性對(duì)"家人慰藉、唱歌跳舞、談心聊天"需求最高;80歲及以上老年男性對(duì)"洗衣做飯、家人慰藉、清潔衛(wèi)生"需求最高,女性對(duì)"家人慰藉、洗衣做飯、談心聊天"需求最高。對(duì)服務(wù)人員的性別需求以女性為主,男女的整體需求比例接近1∶5,隨老年人年齡增長(zhǎng),對(duì)男性服務(wù)人員的需求率有所增加;對(duì)服務(wù)人員素質(zhì)需求,調(diào)查表明"勤儉節(jié)約、尊老愛(ài)幼、遵紀(jì)守法"是居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人員必備素質(zhì)。結(jié)論不同年齡段老年人對(duì)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)內(nèi)容及服務(wù)人員需求有差異,居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)社區(qū)老年人年齡層次的需求差異有所針對(duì)性地培養(yǎng)服務(wù)人員,提升服務(wù)人員素質(zhì),促進(jìn)老年人對(duì)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)滿意度的提升。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the difference in the demand of home care service for the aged in different age groups and to put forward the development countermeasures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 5 378 people (2 486 males and 2 892 females) aged 60 and above in Hebei Province. Results there was the highest demand for "sports fitness, chess and card activities, calligraphy and painting" for the 600-69-year-old male, and the female demand for "exercise fitness, singing and dancing, chess and card activities" was the highest, and the male aged 7079-year-old had the highest demand for "chess and card activities, sports fitness activities". Calligraphy and painting "the highest demand for family comfort, singing, dancing, talking and chatting" is the highest demand for "washing and cooking, family comfort, cleaning and hygiene" for the elderly men aged 80 and above, and the highest need for "family comfort" for women. Washing and cooking, talking and chatting "needs the most." The gender demand for service personnel is mainly female, and the overall ratio of male and female needs is close to 1: 5. With the age of the elderly, the demand rate for male service personnel has increased, while for the quality of service personnel, the survey shows that "thrift," Respecting the old and loving the young and abiding by the law "is the essential quality of the family pension service personnel." Conclusion there are differences in the content of home pension service and the demand of service staff among the elderly of different age groups, and the service staff should be trained according to the difference of the age level of the elderly in the community. Improve the quality of service personnel, promote the elderly to the home pension service satisfaction.
