【摘要】：近年來,日本通過頻繁會晤臺灣民進黨要員、鼓吹共享"價值觀"理念、"選戰(zhàn)"暗助蔡英文、支持島內(nèi)政界對日渠道整合等手段,極力拉攏民進黨向日本靠攏。特別是2016年5月蔡英文當(dāng)局上臺之后,安倍政權(quán)極力迫使其對此前爭議議題讓步,努力提升彼此經(jīng)濟及安保合作層次,并強化與"臺獨"勢力的勾結(jié)。日本此舉將進一步強化其在臺灣問題上的影響力,與其"正常國家化"加快轉(zhuǎn)型、遏制中國崛起的戰(zhàn)略意圖直接相關(guān),亦與蔡英文當(dāng)局"媚日反中"政策不無聯(lián)系。不過,鑒于美國政府"不支持臺獨"的持續(xù)表態(tài)、對華關(guān)系在日本外交戰(zhàn)略中的重要性、蔡英文當(dāng)局尚不敢在"臺獨"問題上公然冒進等制約性因素的影響,近期內(nèi),日本提升與蔡英文當(dāng)局關(guān)系的范圍仍較為有限。
[Abstract]:In recent years, through frequent meetings with prominent members of Taiwan's Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), advocating the idea of sharing "values," campaigning for election "to secretly assist Tsai Ing-wen, and supporting political integration with Japan in the island's political circles, Japan has tried its best to draw the DPP closer to Japan. In particular, after Tsai Ing-wen came to power in May 2016, the Abe regime pushed hard for concessions on previous contentious issues, tried to raise the level of economic and security cooperation between the two sides, and intensified collaboration with "Taiwan independence" forces. Japan's move will further strengthen its influence on the Taiwan issue, directly related to its strategic intent to "normalize" the transition and contain China's rise, as well as to Tsai Ing-wen 's policy of "courting Japan and opposing China." However, in view of the continued position of the US Government that it "does not support Taiwan independence" and the importance of relations with China in Japan's diplomatic strategy, the Tsai Ing-wen authorities have not yet dared to openly advance on the issue of "Taiwan independence" and other restrictive factors. In the near future, Japan's relationship with Tsai Ing-wen is still limited.
