【摘要】：隨著中國老齡化的到來,社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老已成為解決我國養(yǎng)老問題的重要途徑,養(yǎng)老服務(wù)時間銀行模式則是社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的重要探索。養(yǎng)老服務(wù)時間銀行模式的運(yùn)行可充分調(diào)動社區(qū)潛在養(yǎng)老資源,滿足老年人的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求,促進(jìn)和諧社區(qū)建設(shè)。但目前政府支持力度較小,服務(wù)人員專業(yè)化水平低,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)不完善,服務(wù)兌換制度不健全,使養(yǎng)老服務(wù)時間銀行難以大規(guī)模推廣,為此需要發(fā)揮政府主導(dǎo)作用,法制化運(yùn)行,建全網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息管理平臺,開展服務(wù)技能培訓(xùn),推動養(yǎng)老服務(wù)時間銀行模式的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the coming of aging in China, the community home pension has become an important way to solve the pension problem in China, and the time bank model of pension service is an important exploration of the community home pension service. The operation of the old-age service time bank model can fully mobilize the potential endowment resources of the community, meet the needs of the elderly pension service, and promote the construction of harmonious community. But at present, the government support is small, the service staff specialization level is low, the network information system is not perfect, the service exchange system is not perfect, which makes it difficult for the old-age service time bank to popularize on a large scale, so the government should play a leading role. The operation of legalization, the establishment of network information management platform, the development of service skills training, and the development of pension service time bank model.
