【摘要】：近年來,伴隨著美國重返亞太戰(zhàn)略的實施,日本也開始加速其修憲與“正常國家化”的進(jìn)程。而作為日美兩國重要的同盟機(jī)制,日美同盟的進(jìn)一步升級,即“現(xiàn)代化”也開始加快了腳步。日美同盟在東海及南海咄咄逼人的態(tài)勢日趨明朗,遏制中國的意圖也日漸明顯。本文分為三章,分別對日美同盟“現(xiàn)代化”的環(huán)境因素、內(nèi)容及影響作出了分析與探討。第一章中,通過對日本周邊環(huán)境的變化以及國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)政治的變遷等一系列考察分析日本急于提升日美同盟水平的意圖。第二章中則從日本地位的變化、日本安保新法案的頒布以及軍事裝備作戰(zhàn)樣式等方面進(jìn)行了考察,全面理解日美同盟“現(xiàn)代化”的內(nèi)容。第三章則詳細(xì)介紹了日美同盟“現(xiàn)代化”的影響以及中國可以采取的應(yīng)對措施。通過對這三章的分析,本文認(rèn)為,通過日美同盟“現(xiàn)代化”,日本得以擴(kuò)大自身的活動范圍并提高自己的國際影響力。同時美國也可以借助日本的力量彌補自身能力的下降。同時我們也應(yīng)該注意到,日美國內(nèi)都有一些反對聲音。日美兩國如何處理這些問題以及今后日美同盟如何發(fā)展,是一個值得深思的問題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the implementation of America's strategy of returning to the Asia-Pacific region, Japan began to speed up the process of constitutional amendment and "normal nationalization". As an important alliance mechanism between Japan and the United States, Japan and the United States alliance further upgrade, that is, "modernization" also began to accelerate the pace. The aggressive stance of the Japan-US alliance in the East and South China Seas is becoming clearer and the intention to contain China is becoming apparent. This paper is divided into three chapters, and analyzes and discusses the environmental factors, contents and influences of the Japanese-American alliance "Modernization". In the first chapter, through a series of investigations on the changes of Japan's surrounding environment and domestic economic and political changes, the author analyzes the intention of Japan's eager to improve the level of Japan-US alliance. The second chapter investigates the change of Japan's status, the promulgation of the new Japanese Security Act and the operational style of military equipment, so as to fully understand the contents of "modernization" of the Japanese-American alliance. The third chapter introduces the influence of Japanese-American alliance "modernization" and the countermeasures that China can take. Through the analysis of these three chapters, this paper argues that Japan can expand its scope of activities and enhance its international influence through the "modernization" of the Japanese-American alliance. At the same time, the United States can also use the strength of Japan to make up for the decline in its own capacity. At the same time, we should also note that there are some opposition voices in Japan and the United States. How Japan and the United States deal with these problems and how the alliance will develop in the future is a question worth pondering.
