【摘要】：正消除貧困、改善民生,是黨和政府始終追求的奮斗目標(biāo)。改革開放以來(lái),伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長(zhǎng)和大規(guī)模、有組織的國(guó)家扶貧行動(dòng),我國(guó)反貧困工作取得了舉世矚目的成就,黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)從全面建成小康社會(huì)奮斗目標(biāo)出發(fā),明確提出,到2020年我國(guó)現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下農(nóng)村貧困人口實(shí)現(xiàn)脫貧,貧困縣全部摘帽,解決區(qū)域性整體貧困。與此同時(shí),進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),中國(guó)人口老齡化步伐加快,人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)正經(jīng)歷快速的改變,老年人口規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大。理論和實(shí)際都證明,老年人口是貧困率較高的群體�？梢灶A(yù)見,未來(lái)中國(guó)老年人口貧困問(wèn)題會(huì)逐漸顯性化。
[Abstract]:To eliminate poverty and improve people's livelihood is the goal that the Party and the government have always pursued. Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid economic growth and large-scale, organized national anti-poverty action, China's anti-poverty work has made remarkable achievements. The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee set out from the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is clearly proposed that by 2020, the rural poor population will be lifted out of poverty and all the poor counties will be lifted out of poverty in order to solve the overall regional poverty. At the same time, in the 21st century, the aging pace of China's population is accelerating, the population age structure is undergoing rapid changes, and the size of the elderly population is expanding rapidly. Both theory and practice have proved that the elderly population is the group with higher poverty rate. It can be predicted that the poverty problem of the elderly population in China will gradually become dominant in the future.
