【摘要】：獲得感是反映社會(huì)供給滿足民生需求程度的重要指標(biāo),是國(guó)民幸福感的基礎(chǔ)成分。在全面深化改革、全民共建共享發(fā)展成果的社會(huì)治理格局下,獲得感成為評(píng)估改革發(fā)展成效的新標(biāo)桿。提升人民獲得感是黨中央在政策語(yǔ)境下將社會(huì)資源與民生資源相對(duì)接的生動(dòng)詮釋,體現(xiàn)了我國(guó)改革發(fā)展重心的進(jìn)一步下移。經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展水平、社會(huì)供給狀況與國(guó)民需求滿足程度相適應(yīng)是提升獲得感的關(guān)鍵。政府應(yīng)當(dāng)結(jié)合不同主體的需求特點(diǎn),有效引導(dǎo)各供給部門滿足民眾的多元需求;在供需關(guān)系的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整中構(gòu)建漸進(jìn)的共享發(fā)展機(jī)制,以此不斷提升國(guó)民的積極體驗(yàn),切實(shí)保障改革發(fā)展成果由人民共享。
[Abstract]:The sense of acquisition is an important index to reflect the degree of social supply to meet the needs of people's livelihood and is the basic component of national happiness. Under the social governance pattern of deepening the reform in an all-round way and building and sharing the fruits of development among all the people, obtaining a sense of achievement has become a new benchmark for evaluating the effectiveness of reform and development. To enhance the people's sense of acquisition is a vivid interpretation of the Party Central Committee's linking social resources with people's livelihood resources in the context of policy, which reflects the further downward shift of the center of development of reform and development in China. The key to enhance the sense of acquisition is the level of economic and social development and the adaptation of social supply to the satisfaction of national demand. The government should effectively guide the various supply departments to meet the diverse needs of the people, build a gradual shared development mechanism in the dynamic adjustment of the supply and demand relationship, so as to continuously enhance the positive experience of the people, the government should combine the demand characteristics of different subjects and effectively guide the supply departments to meet the diverse needs of the people. We will ensure that the fruits of reform and development are shared by the people.
