【摘要】：朝鮮半島形勢正經(jīng)歷深度震蕩:朝鮮核導(dǎo)計(jì)劃繼續(xù)向危險(xiǎn)臨界點(diǎn)推進(jìn);韓國政局動(dòng)蕩增加其對外政策走極端的可能;朝韓對抗空前激化,雙方以己為主統(tǒng)一半島的明爭暗斗進(jìn)入新的階段。"薩德"入韓集中展現(xiàn)了地區(qū)形勢衍變的深層動(dòng)因,即域外大國借助半島推進(jìn)針對其他大國的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),惡化大國合作解決半島無核化問題的前景。為了重啟對話進(jìn)程,中國提出半島無核化與停和機(jī)制轉(zhuǎn)換并行推進(jìn)的構(gòu)想,有待各方呼應(yīng)以解局勢之困。
[Abstract]:The situation on the Korean peninsula is experiencing deep shocks: the DPRK nuclear missile program continues to advance to a dangerous tipping point; the political turmoil in South Korea increases the possibility of its foreign policy going to extremes; and the inter-Korean confrontation has intensified unprecedentedly. The fight between the two sides to unify the peninsula has entered a new stage. " THAAD's entry into South Korea shows the deep motive of the evolution of the regional situation, that is, the extraterritorial powers use the peninsula to promote the strategic goal for other big countries, and to worsen the prospects of the major powers cooperating to solve the denuclearization problem on the peninsula. In order to restart the process of dialogue, China has put forward the concept of denuclearization on the peninsula and parallel promotion of the mechanism conversion, which has yet to be echoed by all parties in order to resolve the difficulties of the situation.
