【摘要】：國際關(guān)系理論研究在當(dāng)下總體上呈停滯狀態(tài),既有理論無法全面有效地解釋現(xiàn)實(shí)國際關(guān)系,在預(yù)測方面更是有心無力。為了提升國際關(guān)系研究的學(xué)術(shù)水平,維護(hù)國際關(guān)系學(xué)科的獨(dú)立性,國際關(guān)系理論研究亟需再出發(fā)。為此,應(yīng)當(dāng)尋找可靠路徑,以開辟新領(lǐng)域,寫出新篇章。馬克思主義的發(fā)展史特別是其與時俱進(jìn)的理論品格,使其能夠成為推動國際關(guān)系理論創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的可靠路徑之一。依循這一路徑,研究者應(yīng)當(dāng)從當(dāng)今國際關(guān)系的新特點(diǎn)、新趨勢出發(fā),立足跨國關(guān)系性狀態(tài)這一邏輯起點(diǎn),堅(jiān)持歷史唯物主義方法論原則,汲取傳統(tǒng)研究方法的精髓,不斷發(fā)明新的研究方法,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)人文和科學(xué)兩種方法的融和,在系統(tǒng)深入地研究當(dāng)今國際關(guān)系中的重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問題特別是新問題的過程中提出新概念、新范疇、新命題、新范式,積極開展學(xué)科內(nèi)部各范式間對話和跨學(xué)科對話,高度重視各種地方性國際關(guān)系理論成果,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)國際關(guān)系理論的包容性、創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, the research of international relations theory is stagnant, the existing theories can not fully and effectively explain the real international relations, and they are even more powerless in the aspect of prediction. In order to improve the academic level of international relations research and maintain the independence of the subject of international relations, the theoretical study of international relations needs to be restarted. To this end, we should look for reliable ways to open up new fields and write new chapters. The development history of Marxism, especially its theoretical character of keeping pace with the times, makes it one of the reliable ways to promote the innovation and development of international relations theory. Following this path, researchers should proceed from the new characteristics and trends of international relations today, base on the logical starting point of transnational relations, adhere to the principle of historical materialism methodology, and absorb the essence of traditional research methods. Constantly inventing new research methods, striving to achieve the integration of humanities and science, and putting forward new concepts, new categories and new propositions in the course of systematic and in-depth study of major practical problems in international relations today, especially new problems, In the new paradigm, we should actively carry out inter-paradigm dialogue and cross-disciplinary dialogue within disciplines, attach great importance to the achievements of various local international relations theories, and strive to realize the inclusive and innovative development of international relations theories.
