【摘要】：從民族獨(dú)立、人民解放的偉大追求,到解放和發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力的根本任務(wù),再到共享改革發(fā)展成果的本質(zhì)要求,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人"以人民為中心"的價(jià)值立場(chǎng)和終極關(guān)切始終不渝,與馬克思主義發(fā)展觀、馬克思主義人民主體觀一脈相承。"以人民為中心"的發(fā)展思想是馬克思主義發(fā)展觀的最新理論成果,是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國(guó)革命、建設(shè)和改革發(fā)展的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié),是新的歷史時(shí)期特別是黨的十八大以來中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人不忘初心、繼續(xù)前進(jìn)的時(shí)代要求,也是貫穿"十三五"期間"五大發(fā)展理念"的一根紅線。習(xí)近平總書記提出的"發(fā)展為了人民,發(fā)展依靠人民,發(fā)展成果由人民共享",體現(xiàn)了目的、過程、結(jié)果的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一,是新一屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體從獲得感和幸福感層面對(duì)"以人民為中心"的深刻理解和莊嚴(yán)承諾。
[Abstract]:From the great pursuit of national independence and the people's liberation to the fundamental task of liberating and developing the productive forces, and to the essential requirement of sharing the fruits of reform and development, the value stand and ultimate concern of the Chinese Communists "taking the people as the center" will remain unswerving. And the Marxist concept of development, Marxist people's concept of subjectivity in the same vein. " The idea of people-centered development is the latest theoretical achievement of the Marxist concept of development and a summary of the historical experience of the Communist Party of China in leading the Chinese revolution, construction and reform and development. This is a new historical period, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Party, in which the Chinese Communists have not forgotten their original ideals and aspirations, and are also a red line running through the "five Great Development Concepts" during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. General Secretary Xi Jinping's proposal of "Development for the people, development depends on the people, and the fruits of development are shared by the people" embodies the organic unity of purpose, process, and result. It is the profound understanding and solemn commitment of the new central leadership group to the "people as the center" from the aspect of acquisition and happiness.
