【摘要】：新的社會(huì)階層以及其群體成員是國(guó)家進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作的重要著力點(diǎn)。自中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第十八次全國(guó)代表大會(huì)召開(kāi)以來(lái),我國(guó)把新的社會(huì)階層的發(fā)展納入統(tǒng)籌之中,并基于我國(guó)新的社會(huì)階層的實(shí)際情況及發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到的挑戰(zhàn),提出相應(yīng)的政策,為保障和促進(jìn)其健康快速地成長(zhǎng)營(yíng)造良好的環(huán)境。黨高度重視在這一階層中發(fā)展、培養(yǎng)黨員,把加強(qiáng)新的社會(huì)階層黨員的發(fā)展作為增強(qiáng)黨的實(shí)力、服務(wù)群眾利益、保持階級(jí)穩(wěn)定、實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治快速發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。在新的社會(huì)階層中加強(qiáng)黨員發(fā)展不僅對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的執(zhí)政地位能起到鞏固作用,而且有利于調(diào)動(dòng)新的社會(huì)階層的積極性,創(chuàng)造更多的物質(zhì)財(cái)富和社會(huì)效益,推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義構(gòu)成的改革,成為社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重要力量,為建立良好的、協(xié)作的社會(huì)氛圍而奮斗。針對(duì)本文的研究對(duì)象,在專家和導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)閱讀和分析新的社會(huì)階層的文章專著、理論成果等相關(guān)資料,從整體上對(duì)新的社會(huì)階層的基本內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行把握,結(jié)合多學(xué)科中的專業(yè)知識(shí),全面考慮吸收其成員入黨在理論層面、現(xiàn)實(shí)意義、實(shí)施方法等各部分之間的聯(lián)系,對(duì)我國(guó)這一興起于改革開(kāi)放政策的社會(huì)群體,在其概念、性質(zhì)、社會(huì)地位、價(jià)值等方面形成更加深刻、客觀的認(rèn)識(shí)。內(nèi)容上主要圍繞我國(guó)新的社會(huì)階層黨員隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題,以吸收新的社會(huì)階層優(yōu)秀成員加入黨的隊(duì)伍為目的,通過(guò)采取合理、有效的黨員發(fā)展措施,探究新的社會(huì)階層黨員發(fā)展的路徑,以期通過(guò)該研究實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)踐層面的意義與價(jià)值,即讓參與了社會(huì)構(gòu)成階層中的其他階層正確認(rèn)識(shí)新的社會(huì)階層,明確其性質(zhì)、社會(huì)地位以及在這一階層中發(fā)展黨員的必要性,共同致力于和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的進(jìn)程。我國(guó)新的社會(huì)階層雖然發(fā)展歷史相較于社會(huì)中其他階層的歷史較短,發(fā)展也受到多方面因素的影響,其黨員發(fā)展在數(shù)量、規(guī)模上的變化起伏情況可以通過(guò)國(guó)家的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了解。權(quán)威性統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的支撐,不僅能夠增加研究的客觀性、科學(xué)性,也能夠提升研究結(jié)論的可信度,為新的社會(huì)階層黨員的發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)。從而通過(guò)個(gè)體在意識(shí)、專業(yè)能力等方面的提升,開(kāi)發(fā)靠攏黨組織途徑的多樣性,為吸收新的社會(huì)階層成員入黨提供保障,探究新的社會(huì)階層黨員發(fā)展的合理、有效路徑。
[Abstract]:The new social stratum and its group members are the important points of the United front work. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has brought the development of new social strata into an overall plan, and has put forward corresponding policies based on the actual situation of the new social strata in our country and the challenges encountered in the process of development. To ensure and promote its healthy and rapid growth to create a good environment. The Party attaches great importance to the development of this class, trains the Party members, and regards strengthening the development of the new social class members as the key points to strengthen the Party's strength, serve the interests of the masses, maintain class stability, and realize the rapid development of society, economy and politics. Strengthening the development of party members in the new social strata can not only consolidate the ruling position of the CPC, but also help mobilize the enthusiasm of the new social strata and create more material wealth and social benefits. Pushing forward the reform of socialist constitution has become an important force in socialist modernization and striving to establish a good and cooperative social atmosphere. Under the guidance of experts and mentors, through reading and analyzing the articles monographs and theoretical achievements of the new social stratum, we can grasp the basic connotation of the new social stratum as a whole. Combining with the professional knowledge in various disciplines, considering comprehensively the connection between the theoretical, practical significance, implementation methods and other parts of absorbing its members into the Party, the concept and nature of this social group arising from the policy of reform and opening to the outside world in our country, Social status, value and other aspects of the formation of a more profound, objective understanding. The content mainly revolves around the present situation and existing problems of the new social class party members in our country, with the aim of absorbing the excellent members of the new social stratum to join the party's ranks, and by adopting reasonable and effective measures for the development of party members, Exploring the path of the development of the new social stratum Party members, in order to realize the meaning and value of the practical level through this research, that is to say, let the other strata participating in the social stratum correctly understand the new social stratum and clarify its nature. The social status and the necessity of recruiting Party members in this class work together to build a harmonious society, and then promote the process of socialist modernization. Although the history of the development of the new social strata in our country is shorter than that of other social strata, the development of the new social strata is also affected by various factors. Fluctuations in scale can be understood by national statistics. The support of authoritative statistical data can not only increase the objectivity and scientificity of the research, but also enhance the credibility of the research conclusion, and provide guidance for the development of the new social class Party members. Thus, through the promotion of individual consciousness, professional ability and so on, we can develop the diversity of the ways to get closer to the Party organization, provide the guarantee for absorbing the members of the new social stratum into the Party, and explore the reasonable and effective path for the development of the new social stratum party members.
