【摘要】：2017年1月,美國總統(tǒng)特朗普宣布退出TPP,這不僅對世界政經(jīng)秩序和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重大影響,同時也對臺灣造成了巨大沖擊。蔡英文力爭加入TPP不僅有經(jīng)濟(jì)上的考慮,更有政治上的意圖。美國退出TPP,一方面打亂了蔡英文借此參與亞太區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)整合以便擺脫對大陸"過度依賴"的圖謀;另一方面,也使世界各國對大陸在推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化過程中的主導(dǎo)作用寄予更高的期待。在此形勢下,臺灣當(dāng)局只有審時度勢,改變"親美媚日抗中"的思維和策略,務(wù)實(shí)推動兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)合作,才能避免經(jīng)濟(jì)"邊緣化",重振昔日輝煌。
[Abstract]:In January 2017, U.S. President Donald Trump announced his withdrawal from the TPP.It not only had a major impact on world political and economic order and economic development, but also had a huge impact on Taiwan. Tsai's efforts to join the TPP have not only economic considerations, but also political intentions. The withdrawal of the United States from TPPhas, on the one hand, disrupted Tsai Ing-wen 's attempt to participate in economic integration in the Asia-Pacific region in order to get rid of "excessive dependence" on the mainland; on the other hand, It also makes the world expect the continent to play a leading role in the process of promoting economic globalization. Under such circumstances, the Taiwan authorities must judge the situation, change their thinking and strategy of "pro-US fawning on Japan against China," and pragmatically promote cross-strait economic and trade cooperation, so as to avoid economic "marginalization" and revive their former glory.
