【摘要】：兒童是人的一生中成長和發(fā)展的重要時(shí)期,是一個(gè)特別的發(fā)展階段,在這個(gè)影響深遠(yuǎn)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,應(yīng)當(dāng)受到更多的保護(hù)。兒童的心理發(fā)展尚未成熟,處于弱勢地位,尤其是在安全問題上,容易受到外界干擾,也極易產(chǎn)生行為偏差。目前,發(fā)生兒童遭遇性侵害的案件數(shù)量不斷增加,那些被報(bào)道出來的只是冰山一角,很多兒童性侵案件由于受害人在遭受性侵害后不知如何處理和維護(hù)自身權(quán)益并沒有被公之于眾,但這并不表示兒童所受到的傷害會(huì)隨時(shí)間的推移而淡化消失,除了生理的損傷外,心理的創(chuàng)傷可能會(huì)對(duì)其一生都產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。許多研究也表明,如何保護(hù)兒童安全是中國的一個(gè)社會(huì)問題,研究兒童的性安全問題更是具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文從社會(huì)支持的角度來看,將社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論作為理論基礎(chǔ),通過發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,分析問題,并遵循一定的研究思路最終來促進(jìn)問題的解決,深入分析我國兒童性安全所存在的各種法律方面、教育方面以及整個(gè)社會(huì)大環(huán)境方面的問題,通過對(duì)兒童社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)必要性的分析和研究,可知解決兒童性安全問題需要政府支持、社會(huì)支持和個(gè)體支持,在各個(gè)社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng)之間的相互配合和相互聯(lián)系也是非常有必要的。最后通過分析和整理,依據(jù)社會(huì)工作的方式方法,針對(duì)如何構(gòu)建和完善合理有效的兒童性安全社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)提出自己的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:Children are an important period of growth and development in one's life, a special stage of development, and should be protected more in this critical period of far-reaching influence. Children's psychological development is not mature, and they are in a weak position, especially in safety issues, which are easily disturbed by the outside world and prone to behavioral deviations. At present, the number of cases of sexual abuse of children is increasing, and those reported are only the tip of the iceberg. Many child sexual abuse cases have not been made public because the victims do not know how to deal with and defend their rights after being sexually abused, but this does not mean that the injuries suffered by children will fade away over time. In addition to physical injuries, psychological trauma may have a negative impact on their lives. Many studies also show that how to protect children's safety is a social problem in China, and it is of practical significance to study children's sexual safety. From the perspective of social support, this paper takes the theory of social support network as the theoretical basis, through the discovery of problems, analysis of problems, and follow certain research ideas to promote the solution of the problem. Through the analysis and study of the necessity of the social support network for children, the problems in various legal aspects, education aspects and the overall social environment of children's sexual safety in our country are analyzed and studied in depth. It is also necessary to solve the problem of children's sexual safety by government support, social support and individual support. Finally, according to the way and method of social work, the author puts forward his own opinions and suggestions on how to construct and perfect a reasonable and effective social support network for children's sexual safety.
