【摘要】：老年社會學中的脫離理論和嵌入理論、角色理論和活動理論、年齡分層理論和交換理論以及認同理論和老年亞文化理論,分別為互助幸福院、守門人、時間銀行和合租互助等互助養(yǎng)老模式提供了學理依據(jù)�；ブB(yǎng)老是對我國現(xiàn)行以居家為基礎、社區(qū)為依托、機構為支持的養(yǎng)老體系的超越性補充,較好回應了家庭照料功能式微、政府承載能力有限與市場養(yǎng)老逐利傾向等難題。創(chuàng)新互助養(yǎng)老,既要打造共建共治共享的互助養(yǎng)老治理格局,也要建構有規(guī)有為有度的互助養(yǎng)老方略體系。
[Abstract]:The separation theory and embedding theory, the role theory and the activity theory, the age stratification theory and the exchange theory, the identity theory and the old age subculture theory in the sociology of old age are the mutual aid and happiness court, the gatekeeper, respectively. Time bank and mutual help and other mutual support model provides a theoretical basis. Mutual support for the aged is a transcendent supplement to the current pension system based on home, community and institution, which responds to the problems such as the decline of the family care function, the limited bearing capacity of the government and the tendency of the market to provide for the aged. In order to innovate mutual support, we should not only build a pattern of mutual support and mutual support, but also construct a system of mutual support and pension strategy.
