【摘要】："構(gòu)建人類命運共同體"是新時代中國特色社會主義思想的重要組成部分。國際格局的深刻變革呼喚全球治理的新方案,"構(gòu)建人類命運共同體"的中國方案應(yīng)運而生。"構(gòu)建人類命運共同體"是在經(jīng)濟全球化浪潮中崛起的中國提出的一個新命題,是歷史必然性、實踐自覺性、理論創(chuàng)造性有機統(tǒng)一的時代產(chǎn)物。"人類命運共同體"是以"人"為主體的共同體發(fā)展到經(jīng)濟全球化時代的表現(xiàn)形態(tài),它包含了相互依存的利益共同體、和而不同的價值共同體、共建共享的安全共同體、同舟共濟的行動聯(lián)合體等基本內(nèi)涵,具有主體多元化、價值包容性、層次多樣性、關(guān)系復(fù)雜性、結(jié)構(gòu)變動性等時代特征。"構(gòu)建人類命運共同體"應(yīng)該堅持協(xié)商對話、共建共享、合作共贏、交流互鑒、綠色低碳等基本原則和價值目標。
[Abstract]:Constructing the Community of Human Destiny is an important part of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The profound transformation of the international pattern calls for a new scheme of global governance, and the Chinese scheme of "Building a Community of Human Destiny" emerges as the times require. " The construction of human destiny community "is a new proposition put forward by China rising in the tide of economic globalization. It is the result of the historical inevitability, the consciousness of practice and the organic unity of theoretical creativity." The Community of Human Destiny "is the manifestation of the development of the Community with" human "as the main body to the era of economic globalization. It includes the interdependent community of interests, the community of value of harmony but different, and the common construction of shared security community. The basic connotations of the union of action in the same boat have the characteristics of pluralistic subject, inclusive value, diversity of hierarchy, complexity of relationship, structural change and so on. " To build a community of human destiny, we should adhere to the basic principles and value goals of consultation and dialogue, co-building and sharing, cooperation and win-win cooperation, mutual exchange and mutual learning, green and low-carbon.
